I’m so disappointed with their to go orders. It’s a grown adult ordering food to go. I get a portion of child. 5 onions rings, are they serious? I waited 20 minutes to get my order. The atmosphere was not inviting at all. Management needs to do better.

The Chicken Wonton tacos are a must for Happy Hour! (3-6pm/ 9-close) The ambiance is very chill and laid back. The Margarita was on the weaker side. Onion rings were fresh and decent enough. Ranch was house made, and the best dip. Burger was cooked to perfection; it was thick and juicy!
Edit: My girlfriend and I recently (4/25/25) went out for dinner, and the service was really slow. Her wine didn’t arrive for 15 minutes while it was clearly sitting on the counter already poured.
My overall impression is that the food and atmosphere are good. However, the service is not up to par.

I had a great experience at the Applebee’s on 1790 E Main Street in Woodland, CA. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Even coming in as an outsider, everyone made me feel right at home.
The service was absolutely top-notch. Patrician and Michelle were fantastic — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring toward the patrons. They checked in often, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
Great food, great service, and even better people. This location truly knows how to take care of their guests.

Dinner was very pleasant. The menu offered a variety of delicious options. Their neighborhood beef nachos were a great entree. I highly recommend the bourbon street chicken and sausage penne. Susan offered amazing service. Overall it was a great experience.

My daughter with special needs requested to come here, because of her wheelchair ♿️ I knew there would be limitations .
But, we were not even seated.. waited a few minutes, and decided they didn’t want our business so we left. ( I was able to use the restroom )
The host was bilingual and assisting a table, which I completely appreciated for them. However, the lack of the same courtesy to seat my group of 3 or even acknowledge us was not given.
Very disappointing
Please understand I saw a staff of 4 on the floor and more empty tables than full. No excuse for lack of customer service here.
Good thing Red Robin was near by..
As soon as we walked/rolled into Red Robin we were greeted and informed of short staff, when a server said she wanted us in her section..

When it got busy you could tell because the waitress mood, energy, and professionalism changed to annoyance, frustration, and irritation. We felt like we couldn’t even ask for service, order more food or anything. It was my daughter’s 23rd birthday and they we were treated her for the free dessert was so second handed. Disappointed in this location

Hello, happy holidays to all! I am originally from Woodland but have been gone for many many years. I am relocating in the spring from Alabama to my hometown. And I’m so glad to see that Applebee’s is still here. I love this restaurant. It’s one of my very favorites!! The food is always delicious, The service is outstanding. Very friendly and outgoing. I’m looking forward to having Applebee’s be the first restaurant that I dine at when I return home to Woodland. Merry Christmas and happy New Year and I will see you in spring

I had the Prime Rib and it was really good. Service at the bar was great as well, Michelle was friendly and really helpful. I came back the next night and had her suggestion; Salmon with grilled onions and jalapeños. Incredible!!!
