We went to Applebee’s after a great day at Joshua Tree National Park. The food was really good and the portions were huge, everything was flavorful and satisfying. Even though we arrived late, the service was attentive and fast. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area.

They have a lot of deals on the menu ordering two meals for $30. I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken that was very tasty but not too tart with the lime. I didn’t want rice and subbed coleslaw, but didn’t care for the dressing. Stephen got the Cheese Burger and thought it was good though it was well done instead of medium rare. We each had a Cesar Salad. Their soda is Pepsi products and not a fan of this cola. It also seemed like the mix was not right. Overall the meal was good value and I loved the outside seating area.

The waitress and staff were rude. Never came to check on us or offer refills. We were treated as if we should not have been there, and we for sure will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere for better food and better service.

We were greeted by Javier, the server. He was nice, polite and very attentive. We ordered baby back ribs. They were cold and tough to eat. So we returned them and ordered grilled cheese burgers. They were even worse than the baby back ribs. We could not eat them. The table next to us also returned their food because they thought that the food was “disgusting “ and they left. So we just paid the bill and when we were leaving, the manager showed up. We told him how bad our experience was. He started questioning us very rudely about why we think the food was bad. My son just told the manager that the sauce they served was so bad (as a matter of speech) that it tasted like vomit. The manager responded “Have you ever tasted vomit?” I used to own a chain of restaurants. I would have never tolerated a manager like this gentleman to run my restaurant. All together it was a horrible experience. I have never been impressed by Apple Bees food and service but now I will never dine at their establishment. BTW, the restaurant was totally dead for a Thursday Night. And I now know why. “The Manager “ and Apple Bees tolerance for managers like him.

The food was excellent! Waitress could use some training on attending to tables, especially when it wasn’t busy. I had the bourbon chicken & shrimp & substituted broccoli for mashed potatoes, which was delicious! The butter pecan blondie was amazing!

When I initially received my order I thought nothing of it. I wasn’t feeling the mood when I was sitting there waiting for my food. So I took it to go. When I got home I pulled it out and started to eat. I noticed this off flavor from the steak.
I saved and called the manager the next day, only to find out he couldn’t help out?
Anyway, nope I’m not ever returning here again… Ever.

Came in on a Saturday night at 8:30PM. Was told the dining area was closed, and only seating at the bar was available. The bar area was crowded with bright lights and loud music playing. Just wanted to enjoy dinner on a Saturday night; not go to a club. Hoping this was a fluke but someone should look into this for sure.

Extremely rude and yelling loudly female server with tattoos. Not the type of service I expect from Applebees. We politely tried to order and ask questions about the menu, and then we just walked out and ate somewhere else.

Had two starters because I had to try both ♀️ both good, but some chicken pieces had a lot of fat in them, not to my liking l. But the fried cheesy was really good. And the cake was the best, almost considering 5 starts just because of the cake

First time visiting this location. Never again. Ordered the rib-lets which was over smothered with sauce. I had to use paper towels to wipe them off. The meat itself was bland. Next we ordered the salmon which came out dry and the portion was ridiculously small. The drinks was all sugar and ice no alcohol. I will not return and I will not recommend to anyone. 2 stars because of okay customer service.
