My friend and I came in here over the weekend for some dinner. I was really looking forward to it but my experience was very disappointing. When we walked in, the host told us it would be a 20 minute wait which we thought was odd considering there were several open tables available but we had already came all the way out here so we decided to accept the wait. After 20 minutes we had still not been seated. A couple had walked in and they got seated immediately by a different host/server. My friend and I didn’t say anything because we’ve both worked the restaurant industry and understand being overwhelmed or the pressure of being short staffed. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were finally seated. As soon as we got seated, another couple walked in and they were also seated right away. I observed and they got their food after 15 minutes of arriving. Nobody else had to wait as long as we did.The restaurant remained at the same steady pace the entire time btw. So it just made me question why everyone else got seated and served before us even though we had been waiting longer and didn’t have any requests or a complex order. It was an hour and a half into our time in here that we finally received our food. Which was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. I also asked for a side of ranch and had to wait 15 minutes to finally get it. Again, my friend and I try to empathize with restaurant workers so we didn’t say anything in the moment but the disregard we had in this restaurant, was ridiculous, looking back now, I definitely should have spoken up or took my business elsewhere.Anyways, maybe you’ll have a better experience than I did.

This place…well… it’s not what it used to be. Basically empty at lunch time. Burgers used to be a safe bet but this one was totally mediocre. The portion of waffle fries that you pay extra for was pathetically small. Very nice waitress though, who really saved the overall experience. This whole chain needs a revamp and some new life. Feels depressing like a run down casino

I dont say this often, but Service and food was super.
Jackie, our server was amazing. Knowledgeable and treated us like kings. I was amazed with her. Finally a place to go late night.
Food was delicious too.
Artichoke spinach dip and Bourbon steak were scrumptious.
Manager came by and was super professional and complementary to his staff. I love that.
I will be back.

I came in with a group of 6 people, and we had Juli as our server and she was AMAZING! Super attentive and the other servers around were also greeting us and the atmosphere is very welcoming and we are definitely coming back for her!

Wow! I’ve been to this Applebee’s a number of times, often for special occasions. I also find reasons to come here when there isn’t a special occasion, and that’s because of the food. This last trip was one such reason, but there was a second reason. That was because I had half of a gift card balance left from a Christmas gift.
I was fortunate to be able to spend half the $25 gift certificate at the Applebee’s in Sparks. There I had a special $9.99 burger with bacon fries and endless drinks. Oh, I also had a dessert! But this time it was gonna be triplets, oh my goodness, the triplets are unbeatable.
There’s so many other good things on the menu that is tempting to put those little delicacies off until the next trip. But this time, there was no waiting for the next trip. It was now or never, and it was now! I had a little trouble getting the seat that I wanted, because they had a new hostess, who was really trying hard to do a good job.
I really enjoy sitting in the booths, even when I’m alone. If I’m gonna spend my money, or a gift card, I want to sit where I want to sit! Sorry. I understand that their are sections in a restaurant and it was early in the afternoon, but everything worked out great!
The beautiful bartender took my table, and eventually the table next to me too. The service was amazing. Not to mention the food. I was not sure about which of the sauces I wanted to have on my riblets, but the waitress offered a great solution.
She said I’ll bring all three of them and you can just try each one. what a great solution. The three sauces for the riblets are the standard barbecue sauce, the Asian sauce and the new spicy honey sauce. Standard barbecue sauce is really good sweet and smoky.
The Asian sauce has a distinct flavor that kind of rings of Hoson sauce, little spicy , but not too much. It has a nice sweetness to it as well.
The new spicy honey sauce is very mild as far as the heat, but was by far my favorite. Really sweet, but more of a honey sweetness rather than a sugary sweetness.
Although I really love the ribs and all of the great sauces, I was totally amazed at how delicious the broccoli was. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly as well. My waitress told me that her manager put together my plate, and it shows it. I don’t know if she actually cooked it but it’s definitely a teamwork here the Kitzke Lane Applebee’s.
I was totally surprised when they allowed me to substitute for the french fries and coleslaw with other items for the side dishes. I’m kind of french fried out, so I chose some of the garlic mashed potatoes and the broccoli side dish, a substituted for the coleslaw.
I had to decide if I was going to get the small rib dish or the full sized one. No brainer there . By purchasing the full-size plate I got 16 ounces, 1 pound of delicious riblet’s. My total bill was $18.39. I had a gift card from my pastor at church, which was a Christmas present. I was able to use that wonderful blessing for an awesome second blessing of food at Applebee’s on Kitzke at the fire Creek Crossing!

Took us almost an hour to get our food served. The drinks took a good while maybe 15 minutes after we ordered them. The cooks did mess up my order by giving me a cheeseburger instead of my chicken sandwich.

Was looking forward to the half off appetizers, honestly I maybe too critical. We arrived and sat at 8:50 pm and we got our appetizers by 9:40 pm and our entries a little after. After that, we didn’t see our waitress for 30 minutes, were waiting for refills for a while. And by the time they came back we were genuinely ready to leave. I ended up getting the the half off boneless wings and they were really lukewarm and no genuine flavor at all, felt like the last ones from the bag. I keep giving them so many extra chances.

We went right after work, so it was a little quiet at first. The service was great, maybe a little over the top good, but super friendly. The food was good. The drinks were even better, atmosphere was fun, and getting louder as it was getting busier when we left!
