Miss Patty at Applebee’s was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at the right times, and made us feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude and friendly energy really stood out. If you’re stopping by, ask for Miss Patty — she’s the reason you’ll want to come back again.. but overall all the employees including the manager were very attentive! Thank you!

So this now my 5th Applebees I’ve gone to and am reviewing. It’s…look, the staff was fabulous and they love their boss Liz. What I didn’t appreciate hearing is that her boss Will is also a creep and flirts with the staff in this store as well, so that means the location on Craig rd isn’t an anomaly that this is how this man behaves on the regular. I also didn’t appreciate hearing that one of their managers Matthew is canoodling with the staff? Cmon Applebees…y’all gotta do better.

Came for the 2 for 25. My O-M Cheeseburger was fried to a crisp. The ends were burnt, it was well done.. I ask for a remake, no big deal.. . The remake was not even cooked. You had me spit pink slop into my napkin right in front of my date. Then when I go to pay I find that they only removed 10$ when the burger cost 12$. Server attempted to explain that they cannot take the entire amount of 12$ off because it is a “special offer” I proceeded to no avail tell the server that I did not care as I did not even get to eat and I am leaving the restaurant hungry. Server proceeded to tell me to “have a blessed night” smugly after I paid and refused to tip. That server has a pea for a brain and zero empathy. Will not be dining at Crapplebees ever again, you guys are jerks!!!!

Food and the server were very nice, biggest issue was the overwhelming amount of AC and the terrible music playlist. Having to listen to Pink Pony Club while trying to enjoy my meal legitimatley made me consider setting myself on fire, this continued with other pop songs that made the experience unbearable. Safe to say if I ever want applebees, Ill be doing take out.

We had a really good time, food was really good and they accommodate us with substitutions, I cannot have bell peppers and waiter replace it with mushrooms. I love it. Will recommend it to everyone.

I understand we had a decent size group, however I used to work in the restaurant industry. Sylvia couldn’t remember who ordered what & didn’t get my drink order right. It wasn’t complicated, just tequila soda. She brought reposado in a shot glass, then brought over a glass of soda water. Jesus was pretty awesome though. We only came here because it was a convenient location to the escape room we were attending after, definitely won’t be back sadly. Sylvia does have an awesome personality though & could definitely be a great server if she tried!

I really loved coming into this location! Jackie was our server and listening to her joke around with her coworkers and us was amazing. The best part was just seeing her really happy to be there it brought us such joy. I can’t express it as much as I would like to in words but it was such a comfortable and wonderful experience. Food was excellent and the time and dedication she took with us was refreshing. You can tell she really likes her job and i will be coming here again to be taken care of by Jackie.

Applebees is always reliable classic. However, our Applebees is peak because homegirl Antoinette is gonna treat EVERYONE correct first and foremost. She is a server who exudes kindness, hospitality, humor, and a level of care and thought that a lot of people don’t show in general. Applebees… yall better be treating my girl right because she is phenomenal. Shoutout Antoinette we love you girl
