The place seemed awesome from the outside. Thats where it stopped. My server Kamaira was awful. Took my order and never seen her again until the check. Food runner brought my appetizer, manager brought my entrees. Do not order the OMCheese Burger, you’ll be highly disappointed. Melted bed of cheese, yeah right. Like a little cheese melted on a hot plate. Fries were cold as soon as they hit my table. Boneless wings were good.

Applebee’s of Tooele, Utah under the “management” of Bert Smith is absolutely the most horrible service we have ever had. A our buddy’s girlfriend wanted to go here to celebrate his birthday & she was bringing her 89 year old mother along so we all decided it would be best to meet up at Applebee’s individually. Our friend wasn’t sure how many people were going to show up & she was also trying to accommodate her elderly mother so she asked to change tables but only twice. The second time she asked for a different seating arrangement, the manager Bert Smith came over to tell her that she’d “asked to switched tables 4 or 5 times already”. Then he proceeded to ask how much she’d have to drink & if she was drunk. We’d just gotten there & was trying to get situated to order so no, she hadn’t had too much to drink & wasn’t drunk. Our friend was good-spirited & nice enough about this at first, but the manager was determined she’d had too much to drink. His demeanor was hostile & rude from the start. Maybe he thought our friend was tipsy because she was worrying over her mothers & everyone elses seating arrangements but thats no excuse for a manager of any business to approach any customer the way he approached her. When everyone had shown up & things finally got settled down our friend, who had planned this birthday get together, asked for beers & a shot of Crown for her, her hubby & another friend. She was accused of having too much to drink then they wanted to see my I.D. when I asked for a “Rock’n Pop’n Shirley” Temple. Our friend was so distraught over the RUDE mannerism of the mangement & accusations that she was drunk that she refused any kind of beverages afterwards. Her hubby & the other friend still were able to get beers & her hubby off-handedly asked her to try a sip of his beer, trying to cheer her up. Right away a waitress hurried over to the table & took our two friends’ beers away because our lady friend had taken a sip of her boyfriends beer & they said it was because Utah state law. Then the manager came over too & said that he would have 86 our friend from drinking anyway because she appeared to have had too much to drink. Even though she had not, even though she was the one who had refused anymore beverage service after they were rudely accusing her of being drunk, even though every single one of us are 50+ years old. So our party got up & left. Funny how badly a couple of grown-up can be treated just for fretting over seating arrangements or taking a sip of beer at a noisy family restaurant. So this was a horrible experience & pretty much ruined the occasion of our friends birthday. To Applebee’s- #1 don’t jump on somebody for wanting to change tables so as to accomodate a big party & an elderly family member, especially if your a manager. Be professional about your approach before making outlandish accusations & #2 why don’t you just breathalyze people you want to accuse of being drunk before you start denying them the right to have alcohol & taking the other people’s drinks away too? If you’re in Tooele & want a steak or to celebrate a birthday or sporting event, skip Applebee’s & go over to Chili’s which is just down the street instead.

Tevya was our waitress for the evening and served our somewhat large group. She was in top of making sure everyone had their drinks and any refills that weee needed was done fast. The food was amazing and she took the time to make sure we had what we wanted. She was very friendly and did a great job serving us! Thanks Tevya! You’re awesome!

The server and the experience was great! She allowed my mother to bring on an anniversary cake for she and my father’s wedding anniversary! We still celebrate it even though he died four years ago.

They used to have their house salads in really small bowls that were hard to eat out of but they have made them bigger and I so appreciate it! They give you more than enough ranch and it was great. Steak could have been slightly more pink, I ordered it medium rare but all things considered it makes sense because of the steak size.

Usually we sit on the east side of the buildings not sure if it makes the difference but the west side of the building was awesome. Service was better for sure. Food was better even though I got the same dish. Weird right? We hadn’t been for a minute and looks like some staff changes. Might have been the difference. Our server was Kayla C, she was a badass and on top of it all.

Erika was an amazing server! She had very fast service and was super sweet. She accommodated to my toddlers need and was patient when she didnt know what to order. Very good with kids! The food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. I get the same meal every time I come here.

Went to the bar today and the bartender that helped us was absolutely amazing she explained drinks she could make for us and her customer service was on point! The servers name was kami! If I could get her Everytime we went to dinner here! Would absolutely be amazing! 5 stars. Food was also amazing
