This is a location we go to fairly frequently. The service on August 17th was awful. I absolutely understand a-lot of places are short handed but last night was not the case. The server was awful. She took our orders and then proceeded to bring the wrong drink. She kept disappearing for long periods of time. It took excessive amounts of time to get food or even a refill. The food was lukewarm at best. We watched the server in the section next to us be attentive to her customers. She was taking care of her section that was bigger than our servers section. I say all of that to say this. The server needs to be retrained or maybe management needs to keep an eye on her because expecting an employee to do his/her job effectively isn’t asking for too much.

The fried chicken sandwich was one of the biggest I’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and delicious. The waffle fries were worth the extra few cents. My wife enjoyed her salad. Our server was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was quiet, which was exactly what we wanted.

This was an okay time! There honestly isn’t much I can say about this place; it was pretty busy since we went around lunchtime, though we were seated as soon as we walked in. The environment was pretty cozy, pretty bar, lovely Applebee’s decor, the staff was very nice and light-hearted. Our waiter was always checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay, which I appreciated. The food was pretty good; we had gotten this cheese dip and it was really good, but the ratio of chip to dip was off — we had like still half our dip left (In retrospect, I should have had them ask to take that dip to-go)! I had ordered their chicken penne, and although it was pretty okay, I was not a fan of the seasoning, and it could have used more salt. Also wasn’t a fan of the waiting times between getting my appetizer or my appetizer. Overall, this is the kinda place I’d visit a couple of times a year to try something different, and that’s all.

A great choice for lunch!!! Went in around 2. Our server was a busy bee, but definitely made plenty of time for us. Had the All You Can Eat (shrimp and ribs) Absolutely delicious and fresh. Drinks hit the spot too!!!

Good company and good food. We had to sit at the bar while they had plenty of open seating due to a lack of staff, in my opinion. Unfortunately, I then had to watch my wife eat (no sense in her food getting cold) while they remade my order to contain zero onions . They did, however, adjust our bill accordingly and when I did receive the correct order, it was delicious. Small, hiccup, at a normally wonderful restaurant.
