It was my daughter’s birthday, I would have loved for them to sing “Happy Birthday” to her, lol, but everything else was great! The manager was very attentive and helpful! I ordered my steak well-done and they sent it undercooked, but he personally brought my food to me. Thank you so much! Excellent service

Chicken sandwich was actually good which is why it gets a 4 from me. Menu prices are very reasonable. My big complaint is that I was given maybe a handful of waffle fries even though it is a 1.99 up charge.

The food is pretty much standard quality. Applebee’s used to be a great place to meet for late evening happy hour snacks and libations. We stopped here last week just for that reason. Well, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated in the bar area. Now just to be clear. The wait was not the fault of the greeter (Hanah) she is amazing. She was seating guests, bussing tables, clean tables, and serving beverages. Meanwhile, the take out order folks were sitting at tables looking at there phones, glaring at staff and guests. Another person was leaning on the bar watching Hanah bust her butt. The bartender was busy as well, making drinks and taking food orders. While waiting on our food 3 groups of potential dinners left the restaurant. Simply tired of waiting to be seated. The folks that waited – truly waited. I know you are wondering, where was the manager. Well, she was in the back washing dishes . Hummm, I just don’t know if I should go on. Perhaps Applebee’s needs to train their managers to delegate duties. Perhaps Applebee’s should hire individuals with common sense and the ability to earn their pay? I just don’t know what to say or how they are staying in business. Anyway, cheers to Hanah and the bartender. Ladies keep up the good work. How was my food you ask? Surprisingly fine. The small soup is about 3 bites.

Have been here multiple times and usually love the staff, food and drinks but don’t appreciate being followed out of the restaurant having the manager say ” you guys gonna pay your food or what?” After just paying $100 when our meal wasn’t even $100 double confirming with the waiter ” we’re paying cash is that okay?” Just didn’t understand why any of it happened. We talked to the man who followed us out were nice and respectful to everyone made sure to hand the waiter the money instead of leaving it on a table so no one would take it. Every other time 10/10 but that experience definitely made me uncomfortable.

It’s been years since I have been to Applebee’s and I have to say I now regret that. Food was amazing! I will definitely be making it a point to come back WAY more often. My favorite thing we got was the hamburger grilled cheese. The soup that comes with it is delicious and the sauce they put on it was soooooo good. Service was great and everything was clean.

My recent visit to this Applebee’s was a complete disaster. The service was rude, and there was a lot of mud in the bottom of my salad. My husband’s salad contained dirt and pebbles. He specifically asked for no tomatoes but only received lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese, with no croutons or carrots. I ordered my salad with everything on it, but it had mud at the bottom. I got a mouthful of mud and pebbles, causing me to immediately wipe my mouth with napkins and walk to the bathroom to rinse my mouth out, where I got sick.
When my husband informed the manager, she took the plate with the muddy lettuce but left the rest of the muddy salad on our table. She didn’t offer me another salad, not that I wanted one at that point. I was completely grossed out. This seemed deliberate, as the top of my salad was fine, but the bottom was full of mud. We were polite and didn’t deserve such treatment.
After the manager and waitress found out about the mud in my salad bowl, they kept avoiding our table. I told my husband that I didn’t want to eat anything and just wanted to leave. He approached the manager again since she was ignoring us and told her we didn’t want to eat their food and wanted to leave. She said she would only take the salad off the bill, even though we didn’t eat any of the food. My husband had a soda and one bite of fries, and he did eat his salad despite the dirt and pebbles, but he didn’t have a salad full of mud.
We were willing to pay for what we consumed, but she was charging us for everything except the muddy salad she never offered to replace. The manager was very rude and dismissive, making rude remarks as if we had done something to our food deliberately. This experience was horrible. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager to bring the bill, she never came, so we walked out and emailed corporate.
Neither my husband nor I will be going back to this Applebee’s. The experience was uncalled for, unsanitary, and unacceptable. There was no reason to put mud at the bottom of my salad!!! I would give zero stars but can’t. This experience doesn’t even deserve one star. Mud/ dirt contains bacteria, parasites, microorganisms, and pesticides. So… I could have been legitimately poisoned. ☠️

I haven’t been to this particular Apple Bee’s in a few years. Everyone was kind, especially our waitress, Monique. She was helpful and attentive.
Her recommendation was the Blue Bahama Mama, and it was a great choice. I forgot to tell her how I’d like my burger done, but she chose well. My kids meals were done well too – my youngest had his Mac n cheese before anyone else got their food. She realized we were ordering and recommended better options, which also included my drink.
The food was great, as well as the atmosphere. I highly recommend!
