She didn’t just take our order, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was bringing extra napkins, refilling drinks instantly, or just checking in with a warm smile, Teilor’s service was outstanding.
It’s rare to encounter such a high level of dedication and positive energy in a server. She definitely made my day brighter. Management should know that Teilor is a remarkable asset to the team! I look forward to returning soon.

I had such a great experience, and a big part of that was our waiter, Jesus Velez. He was super attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. He checked in on us without being overwhelming and had such a positive attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and his customers.

I’m sorry but the food was not good. I ordered chicken parm with Alfredo, chicken had about a teaspoon of marinara sauce on top. Heavily seasoned on the plate but the chicken itself was bland. The Alfredo pasta was actually cold and tasted odd. I couldn’t even finish the meal and chicken parm is literally my favorite meal. Bummer too, I worked all day and was looking forward to a good meal instead of fast food or something tonight after a long day, I wish I would have went to McDonald’s.

I’ve been to this location a few times already and had no issues before. But I got the new Crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries and I wasn’t too impressed with it. The chicken was very thick, and definitely required additional cooling time before making it to my table. When I say hot, I mean hot temperature wise. Thank you for the super fresh chicken, but it honestly killed the sandwich. It was still oozing hot oil every time I’d try to bite it. I even cut it in half and it still didn’t help cooling it down. The chicken breast overpowered any flavor it had on it, which made it taste like a bland chicken sandwich. Recommending the location just not the sandwich.

The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the 6oz steak medium well and it was well done and dry. The broccoli I ordered with cheese was crap and hardly any cheese. The garlicky green beans had no garlic nor seasoning at all. Total crap meal. I will not return and rather go to Union Bar and Grill. Sad story for Applebees. F-

It took a while after we sat down to get a waitress to get our order, the salad was really good but the patty on my burger really left something to be desired , it seemed like a smash burger maybe but the meat was all split . The picture of the open burger shows it . If I’m paying for something, I want that something to be more than than just mediocre. The fries weren’t good either, they were home cut fries and just not tasty at all .

Our server Jesus was fantastic. I don’t know the name of the cook but who ever made my chicken sandwich this morning you guys need to give him or her a raise. While I cut my chicken sandwich in half, juices were just dripping off my sandwich. I honestly can’t remember when the last time I had a juicy chicken sandwich like I had this morning since I moved out here in El Paso, Texas. I wish all the staff the very best
