The remodel came out very nice. I haven’t been to Applebees in some time and the food quality has changed. We had two steaks and it is absolutely ridiculous that they give a tiny side of A1 and the reason was said to cut costs. I know it’s a mistake to get steaks here but was craving one. Lesson learned.

Terrible customer and the employees in the picture needs to be retrained IMMEDIATELY. I entered the restaurant to pick up and uber order and I was completely ignored by both employees in the picture. They looked at me and continued to text on their phones. The employee in the black put her phone in her back pocket and went back to doing her job and still ignoring me. The other girl continued texting the entire time and then started talking to the man in the picture who is also and employee. Neither male or female help me or acknowledged me. I went up the manager on duty on 09/06/025 at 2:00pm. I didn’t get his name but he let me know he is one of the managers. I let him know my concerns and he seen the employees still talking and texting to each other not doing their jobs and he ignored them and handed me my order. He completely ignored what I told him and was rushing me out the restaurant. I don’t know if he is going to do anything but he didn’t seem like he cared about what I said and I showed him the pics below and he didn’t say anything they was Reassuring that when I left the issue would be resolved. So I say that to say the manager needs to be retrained also.

Update3/15 : 2 latest times we’ve visited, we’ve had very poor service from waitress/waiter to food quality and time management. This used to be our go-to, but we just can’t anymore. Management did offer a discount for taking so long to serve food. Don’t know what changed. Don’t need discounts. The posted pics are from previous visits when food and service were on point.

12/15. This location is our go-to since we reside in the northeast. We always have a good experience here. Dishes are good, not too much wait time, service is good, atmosphere is good. It’s just all around good.

Me & my husband came for our 1 week anniversary in all seriousness the food was okay. We came on Wednesday at around 9. I don’t at all blame my server because she wasn’t the cook but food needs improvement . Although service was great ! We were attended by Priscilla Ortega & she did great, always checking up on us making sure we were good. I would like to also add that the remodel was a great improvement. Me & my husband will soon be back to see if food has improved:))) have a goodnight ! ☺️

Priscilla C was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with such a warm smile and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. She was super attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and she had such a positive vibe that really stood out. Her radish-colored hair made her even more memorable — it’s as bright and unique as her personality. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time!

My sister and I have been to this Applebee’s before and had a very lovely dinner last time we went, with an exceptional server. However we decided to go for dinner yesterday and were met with the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. It was busy when we arrived and understandably waited about 20 minutes to be seated. They had originally told us it would be 30 so we were off to a great start or so we thought. Upon being seated at our table the server we got was very awkward towards my sister and I, but weirdly not towards any of the other tables he was serving which were only three, this does come into play later. We ordered an appetizer for us to split, two waters, and one alcoholic beverage for us to also split. It took 20 minutes for our shared drink to show up, and an additional 25 minutes for our appetizer to be brought to our table, we were left waiting for 45 minutes for our appetizer to arrive.. The appetizer was the ONLY thing our server brought to our table for the entire meal service, like I said he ONLY had three tables he was waiting on. We finished our water glasses and our server Tim walked by our table multiple times but seemingly ignored us. Both my sister and I thought this could potentially be his first day on the job, however as the service progressed it appeared to be something else entirely. We had to flag down a separate waitress to see if she could refill our waters for us, because our server essentially refused to come over to see if we needed anything. We were brought our food by a completely separate waitress, and she was extremely pleasant, letting us know she hoped we enjoyed the food and to ask if we needed anything. Our server Tim refused to come over and ask if we needed anything or if we were enjoying the food, and if we needed refills, at which point he was prompted to fill our waters by a third and separate waitress. Our server refused to make any eye contact with my sister, and spent most of his time at the kiosk entering his tickets into the system.. This entire interaction led to my sister and I to just ask for to-go boxes, pay the check and leave before we finished any of our food. I am not one to complain, but this was completely unprofessional, and extremely hard to enjoy our dinner out yesterday evening, and I’ve noticed a complete decline in service by the employees. My sister and I hope these issues will be resolved and look forward to enjoying our next experience there.
