I stopped by on my way to an event and ordered to go soups. Management greetings were fantastic but my soups tomato basil and chicken tortilla with no chicken were barely heated. Normally I’m not disappointed but today I didn’t have time to return to the restaurant. Let’s do better.

i came to eat with my family. it was slow me and an other table. service was super slow! it took about 30 min for the appetizer to come out and some of it was cold, the food took even longer. I was really excited to come enjoy my lunch but was very disappointed. idk if the waitress just started or she didn’t give. crap. my food was a disappointment. i doubt i will come back here again just based off today! dont waste your hard earn money at this location. should have listened to the reviews!

Thank you to this applebees. I came in with my parents bringing in the new year and our server Daisa was really nice and sweet. Grateful for her service and personality. The environment was clean and they played great music. We were so busy singing along we had to take our food to go.
Thank you management, kitchen crew, and front of house. We will be back to see yall.

Always a great experience at this Applebee’s in Dallas. The place is clean, and the staff is super friendly. We usually see Ms. Petra during the day, but our evening server was just as kind and knowledgeable. Food came out on time and tasted great—consistent quality every visit!

Looking forward to eating at Applebee’s. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes. Didn’t get a hello? Ask a question. Got a rude response. I’m a good tipper. 5 more minutes and we got up and left. Last time we went to Applebee’s tab was $135 plus tip. That’s a $30 tip, they won’t be getting tonight.

Let me just say 10/10! Considering the winter snowstorm, I’m so happy that this place was OPEN AT 11 pm! I traveled to three different restaurants, and everyone of them were closed early. I want to give a special shout out to our waitress “Scarlet and the management. They were the best! excellent service excellent and fresh food! I would rate more than five stars I could! Will definitely bring me and my family back again.

It wasn’t busy but took 15 minutes to place a order, only got 1 refill on our drinks. My son wanted his burger with no pink and they did it wrong 2 times and didn’t get fresh fries.

Amazing experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. The manager was very attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. We’ll definitely be back!
