Full honesty was nervous about coming here. The last few reviews on yelp are not good. We were greeted by a friendly young man and he asked us if we wanted a booth or table. He told us that Mike was our server and would be with us shortly. A few moments later Mike came. He was fantastic from beginning to end. My thoughts are always ask the servers what to get and they will not tell us wrong. He recommended the classic combo for the appetizer, and we got the 2 for $35. This also came with an appetizer and we got onion rings. Please give this place a second chance and ask to sit in Mike’s section. He is great!!

We ate lunch here on Veteran’s Day. They weren’t particularly crowded, but the service was slow. For example, our waitress didn’t bring our food out and never came to check on us or ask how everything was till she brought the check. Well, the steak was half inedible due to all the tendons and gristle. It was cooked correctly and had good flavor, but the worst cut of meat. The chicken tenders and sides were all tasty, and the staff was friendly, but inattentive. The way they greeted veterans at the door, thanked them sincerely, and offered to cover their meal, from the special menu, was top notch. Well done on that, Applebees!

After spending $90 on $63 worth of food (thx delivery fees and double taxing), upon the food’s arrival I took it out of the bag to see….half my order was completely wrong. The portion that WAS correct was simply awful – who uses CILANTRO as a garnish on mashed potatoes? Repeated attempts to call the restaurant were met with a “User busy” notification for the number on the receipt, and the number listed on the website gave me a disconnected message.
Utterly, inedibly tragic.

They now have the impossible burger and it was delicious. There’s a few other vegan options as well and some that have to be slightly modified. If you’re worried about cross contamination, this wouldn’t be your place as would most others too.
Edit: I had to take my rating from 5 stars to 3. The last few times I was there, I had to wait up front for about 5 to 10 minutes before someone came out to seat me. The waiter the last time got my order wrong. They brought out the fries first in a tiny bowl. That was weird. Then my burger arrives with cheese even though I requested no cheese. The waiter never once asked if everything looked good. Never checked on me. Just slid my stuff to me a walked away. Applebee’s, you got to do better than this. From the looks of it, the place isn’t doing too well and rude service like this is going to make the situation worse. I’m seeing several other reviews about out rude servers too. Time to discipline these people or let them go. These people will be your downfall if the problem is never corrected. Hate to see it.

So it had add ingredients and I chose some extra sauces all around thinking I am getting extra. Instead there is no sauce on my food and it is all on the side with one sauce of each kind. I am upset at this fact CONSIDERING the sauce was extra money.
I love ordering this with extra sauce and I feel like we got jipped. When it says add more it means add more, not put what is supposed to be on it on the side. We paid for EXTRA. I hate leaving bad reviews. But this needed to be said. Hate wasting money more.

I had the Bourbon grilled chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes . The chicken was super tender and everything was flavorful. Would recommend it. Plenty of parking and service was great.

The atmosphere was what you would expect for day service quiet/calm. Nobody was there. Took 5-10 minutes for waiter to bring drinks to us. Once we did get our drinks, waiter immediately left without letting us talk. After he finally took our order he did not check on us at all. Had to ask for refills multiple times. My steak was supposed to be medium rare but it came out medium well, I asked them to remake it and it came back out the same way. Spent $60+ and feel like I wasted my money. Overall was not impressed.
