I absolutely love it here!! We are regularly there 2-4 times a week. I really feel at home and really well liked. Tay is amazing!! The bartenders are amazing the whole vibe is amazing!! I have tried every dish and love them all, but that fiesta lime chicken is my go to!! YUMMY!!

The food has gone down hill this last year, undercooked food, or not the right way for a medium rare steak. But the server and atmosphere has always been the best!! Their drink of the month, watermelon Rita, I love it, always love their flavor of the month!!!

For a chain, they have a neat atmosphere that is Hot Springs themed and the dining room wraps around the bar area like a horseshoe that’s on ground level. There’s some cute window seats, booths, tables and a nice circle booth in the corner for a cozy group. They have a decent happy hour and a pretty good 2 for $25 menu. I don’t know why but this place reminds me of Chilis rougher cousin I recommend the chicken wonton tacos ALL DAY. They are sweet and savory and perfect the way they are, I wouldn’t change a thing. They make for a great meal for one too. As far as entrees go, I don’t really come here for the meals much, they are so-so, I really just like the atmosphere for apps and drink specials but I definitely recommend the honey chicken Mac n cheese bowl. The bourbon chicken is good, shrimp could be better quality. The 8oz sirloin is seasoned well but make sure theres a reliable cook on duty to get your temp right- it’s an art and there’s no shame in checking with the wait staff This used to be the bees knees of a place to hang out late after work, get awesome cheap appetizers and cheaper drinks (not $4 beer). I remember the good ol’ days when we called it Club Bees and would go play DJ on the digital jukebox (it’s still there, it was sadly too loud of a place to hear the song I paid for tho) and close the place down late in the night and it felt like the show Cheers. Great memories in this place of all places. It’s still a good spot, just like everything these days prices go up, the familiar faces leave, but it’s a chain so the food stays the same if you crave wonton tacos like this lady. I hope they at least don’t change that

We are a veteran couple and go there every year for the veterans meal but this year we had a blessing her name was Nala M our server, my husband is weird and wants a cheeseburger no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato no nothing. Bread and meat. She Got it, and made sure it came to order i was so thankful he didn’t have to scrap off the cheese. I ordered the 6 oz. Sirloin medium it was perfect and tender, she was so attentive, kind and truly just a great person. I recommend her and Applebee’s in Hot Springs Arkansas they are great people. An + for Nala M. 5 stars server.

Worst experience ever. there are several workers just sitting around doing nothing. the restaurant wasn’t even packed, very few people and SEVERAL workers. we waiting 25 just to get our chips and dip. then along with that, our waitress asked if he my boyfriend wanted his burgle a little pink, he said yes, and it came about absolutely BURNT. the food was cold and the service absolutely sucked. stale chips and people just standing around. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. this location has gone downhill.

We travel frequently and this is the worst food ever. No broccoli or waffle fries. My husband’s steak was over cooked. My riblets were not good and the fries were barely warm. Our visit was about 2 pm on a week day and the restaurant was not busy. We had to ask twice to get drink refills. Avoid this restaurant

**Vegetarians beware** Ordered impossible burger through doordash and it was not impossible, called in and asked them to swap them out and they obliged. Drove up to the location and they took my old burger and reheated it and gave it back to me like I wouldn’t remeber the peice I ripped off to check the first time. Spinach artichoke is solid lol

My steak was extremely undercooked, but I wasn’t upset about that as much as I was disappointed in the lack of service we received. There was a man working who wasn’t our server, and he helped get us refills. He was very nice.

Food came out slow and my order was not delivered at the same time as the others. Our waiter was amazing and let me know the cook staff forgot to make my order. It wasn’t busy either. I got my meal 25 minutes later after everyone had eaten. It was horrible worst thing I’ve ever been served. Drinks tasted bad, I blame that on the bartender. Place is on its way out. $100 meal and yes I tipped well regardless of everything but please don’t waste your money coming here.

If I could give a zero star I would, I went with the whole family and my in laws and kids got there food after about an hr. My husband came 30 min later, I’m sitting there thinking they are bringing mine out next, well they didn’t. It was about another hr did the waitress come back to ask how the food was and I looked at her and said I wouldn’t know I never got mine, she said oh let me check, came back 10 mins later and said she forgot to put mine in, then when I finally got my food 2hrs later the food was disgusting and not edible. But yet still made me pay for all of it… I will NOT be going back!!
