The food came out hot, fresh and just as I expected. The manager was on the floor and brought the food out. Our server left a lot to be desired. Took our drink order and didn’t give us chance to order appetizer. Not sure if she checked on us after we got the food but definitely not before we got the food, because I there was something in my drink and I needed a new one. I gave up trying and didn’t bother. It’s clear she just shows up and expects money to flow, doesn’t understand that good service brings in better tips.
I don’t think she represented all servers there though. There was a gentleman serving tables near us and it was clear that he cared about his tables.

I love Applebee’s! Whether it’s with family or friends, I always get great service, food, and a clean atmosphere. I recommend this place to anybody on any occasion! So far so good… *Reviews are subjected to change*

I got the pasta for the first time noodles wasn’t cook tender , neither was tenders a the sauce was disgusting . What kind of four cheese was this . Took them over a hour to get this out with not many people and it still wasn’t good . I will never eat this again waste of money. I had a very disappointing experience at Applebee’s in Elmwood, Louisiana. Our waitress, Bailey, was extremely unprofessional and rude from the start. She did not greet us and refused to provide utensils when we sat down. We had to get her name from the manager after complaining about her behavior.
We ordered sweet tea, but Bailey brought us unsweetened tea. When we pointed out the mistake, she insisted that it was sweet because she poured it from the sweet tea pitcher. Instead of correcting the issue, she dismissively told us to use sugar packets. There were only three sugar packets for a table of four, and she initially refused to give us more. We practically had to beg for additional packets.
My son’s food arrived, but he had to wait 25 minutes for utensils. When we asked, Bailey told us she was too busy with other tables, even though he already had his meal. The rest of our food took a long time to come out. When mine finally arrived, it was incorrect—I had ordered mashed potatoes but received fries. When I pointed it out, Bailey rudely jerked the plate away without any apology.
I complained to the manager, who provided Bailey’s name and listened to my concerns. I also asked for the corporate number to escalate my complaint. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, rude staff, and a complete lack of professionalism. I will not be returning.

Tonight was most definitely a 5 ⭐ night. Service was great and whoever was on the grill made our burgers perfectly. We had the a mushroom swiss burger and bourbon street burger. We split each and they both were grilled to perfection. Thank y’all!!

My usual Applebees location is on Veterans Blvd in Metairie, but due to holiday shopping we stopped into the Elmwood location. The food came out quickly and was overall great.
What really made the experience was Baileigh and her efficient service! She was clearly busy as we got sat, she greeted us to let us know she’d be with us in a moment. She came over to apologize for the delay but that wasn’t necessary. It’s rare to find a server who actually cares to provide a proper service and make sure a guests experience goes above and beyond! Shoutout to Baileigh!!! We will be back to see her!

Food was good but the best part about the experience was our server, Baileigh! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Super attentive and friendly. Good service is rare these days, but hers was 10/10! I will absolutely be asking for her every time I come to this location.

Wonderful food, as always! The pretzel was delicious! The wait time to be seated at the table was 45 minutes so we decided to stay at the bar, and it was very good. Ashley’s service was very kind, friendly and polite.

My wife and I each tried the Lime Fiesta Chicken dish today which is part of the lunch specials. The Spanish rice was a little dry. Overall, our experience was good.
Our waiter was Friton and ge did provide good service care of us.
The hostess seated us quickly.
