I went tonight with my family and the experience was terrible. The waitress we had her name was Dana and she was not a good waitress at all barely checked on us and just kept disappearing We spent almost 1.5 hr just to get our entrees. We arrived around 7p and didn’t leave til almost 9 just waiting on our entrees. For our appetizers we got mozzarella sticks and boneless wings that order came out pretty quick. But after we waited at least 30-40 mins just to actually place our order. And when we placed it we waited another 40 mins food took forever just to arrive. There was a lady sitting behind us and she arrived about 20 mins after us and her entire order arrived quickly as we were still waiting. My son ordered a kids pizza with fries the pizza was burnt asked for a remake told us 45mins to an hour just to get a remake, my niece order the chicken tender platter and her tenders were not cooked all the way. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it was not pleasant at all. I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore and this was my first time here nor does it deserve a star rating but I had to give it 1 star just to do this review.

I on the 13 of January, me and my wife. We had the appetizers, the chips they gave use was old and turned a light brown color, the mini taco shells we’re so soft they fell apart when you picked them up. I ordered the entrees to go, (3) meals and all three was wrong, I paid $94.51 and $13.49 tip, even thou the waiter was very slow I still tried to be kind only to regret it, nothing was right when we got home. My neighbor cat ate good… Blackie was glad to have them… I ordered a Bourbon Chicken with Shrimps and they gave me Salmon, I hate Salmon… We ordered two of the special burger with bacon and special sauce, and we got two mushroom burgers, my wife doesn’t like mushrooms… Grandson was okay with it he just took the mushrooms off. I want be going back anytime soon…. And they really needs to close for a day in really clean the place, black dust covers the light fixture and ceiling, also the tables had a sticker that was pulled up and all the tables had that dirty spot on them…. Hot soapy water with bleach would clean well .

I purchased a Burbon Chicken and Shrimp last night. My chicken was undercooked, I contacted the manager Rodney this morning and I was demanded to bring the raw chicken back I disposed of. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, also refusing to give up his first and last name. He also stated I wasn’t right in this situation. If you eat here, your taking a risk. I will be contacting the health department and corporate.

I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years. I noticed various menu changes. The waitress was really helpful. She made a favorable recommendation, Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage. It was savory with onions and peppers blended into the creamy sauce. There was plenty of parking and the place was quiet.

We went around 1pm so it wasn’t terribly busy. There was no wait to be seated and our waitress took our order right away. The portions were very well sized. Food was hot and delicious.

Absolute nightmare. Where to begin? … my wife and I went recently and first of all our poor server was completely stressed out and overworked. It also didn’t help that she was also very incompetent and in dire need of some re-training. The table behind us sent everything back to the kitchen for various reasons so that was also a very bad omen. I ordered the new molten cheese burger thingy that I’ve seen advertised a million times. WOW total bait and switch. Hardly any cheese at all and the manager was so quick to blurt out “it’s all preportioned”. So obviously I’m not the only one to complain about it and hey you really gave away the game there. You know it’s a bait and switch and your only defense is to say it’s pre-portioned? Ok… Then my wife’s veggie burger came out as a lettuce wrap somehow. All she told the server was no butter on the bun. That was mistranslated to no bun?
Anyways we walked out and left without taking a bite and went to the burger king across the street. Avoid this location for a while.

My appetizer came out cold. Had to send back for a remake, bbq boneless wings. By the time the wings were remade my meal was coming out. I ordered salmon, mash potatoes, and Mac and cheese. A well done steak, mash potatoes and Mac and cheese. With a side of green beans. I first noticed my Mac was cold and had sent it back. The general manager Kris/Chris came back with a reheat of Mac and cheese that was already eaten out of instead of having it remade. At that point I noticed my steak was med/med well nd the potatoes were also cold. The only thing WARM on my plate was the green beans and fish. Like I said they were warm, not even hot. At this point I didn’t want any of the food. I was charged for the two sodas I order with my meal, one of which was completely full. This is the last time I will be back to this establishment and this is some place I usually eat at a lot. The whole thing was handled very in professionally

While in New Orleans La vacationing we decided to try AppleBees for dinner. Best decision ever. Once we arrived we were quickly seated. Our server was awesome. I don’t remember her name but she was the best. I decided to get on the Hot honey half rack ribs with loaded masked potatoes. My husband ordered the 8 oz steak with Green Beans. His steak was so tender and the green beans were delicious. He loved it. The experience was awesome we will definitely be back.

Just don’t bother the service was awful. The guys across the bar from me got smiles and great food and service. I was greeted with half a smile and FOOD that was NOT COOKED was given FROZEN CELERY SO OBVIOUSLY THE OTHER FOOD WAS RAW made me SICK WITH DIARRHEA. JUST CLOSE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO PEOPLE
