I came in for a light meal and a drink at the bar. The server was pleasant and attentive. My food was excellent (chicken wonton tacos). My only complaint was that it was about 55 degrees inside, so not really comfortable without keeping my coat on.

Food was very tasty, with huge portions. Got seated pretty quick (can’t complain). Our waitress was pleasant, personable and very attentive. Was very pleased with the cost for the 2 of us it was under $50 and that included an appetizer. I believe I’ve found a new eatery to add to my rotation.

Usually I have a great time when I come here with my GF great food and usually great service but our server completely ignored us walking past us multiple times while checking 4 to 5 times on other tables right next to us over the span of about an hour and a half we only saw them check on us twice and one of those had to flag them down. We weren’t demanding only needed 1 refill and to go containers and the check. It was a disappointment I really hate dragging anybody or anything but it got silly when the one refill took about 25 to 35 minutes. I do fully understand they are going through a staffing issue and I understand that must be difficult but if you have time to check on everyone else 4x as much you could check on us a bit more.

Ordered online Double Crunch Shrimp. That was definitely not what I got when I got home. Not impressed with the shrimp that was given. The shrimp on the menu was what I wanted however not what I got. If you’re going to change menu Items your menu needs to reflect that.

The host and the server were excellent the menu was limited as there was a lot of outs. It took a long time, over 45 minutes before the food arrived. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there are 3 stalls. Hadicap accessible and handicapped parking.

As a person who travels and does reviews, this was THE WORST restaurant to ever exist! It’s 2025…? I walked in, the woman (Mindy glanced at me and continued to sweep/mop. The place was basically empty apart from two people sitting at a bar eating/drinking. I waved, said hello, more than five times trying to get Mindy’s attention. Just as I started to walk towards her she pretended to hear me after I asked if they were open multiple times. She said yes, I held up my fingers for two people and she grabbed 2 menus and we sat at a table near the door. She got our drink orders, me a strawberry lemonade and my coworker a tea (she ran warm tap water and served it. Mindy gave us extremely dirty utensils. I asked for clean utensils and was told their water softener machine was broken. She took out orders and brought us back food a long time later and the food was cold. I asked for medium to medium well steak and she brought me back rare. I asked for a hot cup of water to clean my own utensils and she took a long time. I asked for the bill, she was not very pleasant and kept taking extremely long to do anything. After signing the receipt I walked out even though I was waiting for a to go cup. I barely ate my food.

Came here (14 ppl). And we waited over an hour and 15min for food- service was terribly slow. The restaurant from what I could tell was not busy. I’d hate to be here on a night it was busy. People seated after us were served food first. Food was overdone.
One plate of food was completely forgotten about. Drink service very slow and drink orders taken and not fulfilled. (100% on the waitress)
Ribs were charred and overdone, and steak was well done not medium rare. For the last plate of food to come out I waited over 15min.
We were in the restaurant for 3 hrs-
The manager took care of us in the end but only because we asked for a manager. But there is definitely some work this restaurant needs to do.

Don’t recommend this Applebees! Arrived on a Monday evening after 7, there were only a few other people in the restaurant, and more staff than customers, however the service was terrible. Wanted to order mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, but they were out. No problem, we ordered the fried pickle fries. Then were informed they were also out of those. Settled for onion rings, which were ok.
I ordered a Pepsi, and after about 20-30 minutes, I had to go find the server to get it. She said she had been busy washing dishes. In my opinion, you should be serving the customers before washing the dishes. Another 15 minutes went by and I finally had my drink.
Then there was another long wait for the food, remind you, there was only about 1 or 2 other groups in the restaurant at this time.
FINALLY got the food. It was good, but could have been better.
Server also took a very long time to bring the bill.
I would suggest finding somewhere else for dinner.

The place was very busy and noticed the hostess was busting his behind greeting customers trying to also bus tables going a mile a minute holding a smile and listening to a grumpy older couple complaining their food was taking too long! Myself being a GM for restaurants praised this young man of 17 years old named Hayden just starting out in the work field what a great job he was doing even letting his manager know you don’t find this good of a worker he also agreed anyways Hayden as my husband and I travele across country and so very tired that night just want to say keep up the great work.

Ok so this is the worst Applebee’s I have never been to! For starters they we had the waiters only waiting three tables. Peace, but in their free time, they stood around the bar talking. While we waited for drinks for 15 minutes! This place was completely unorganized and understaffed. With the staff that was They were more interested in standing around the bar and in the back talking to each other and carrying on them, checking on their three tables!!! The waiter was very professional when decide our table but very over worked. Definitely needs work and help at this place!!!
Do not get the sweet tea! And they have a “ketchup shortage”!!!
