Great location. Super clean inside and friendly staff. I hit up the three course meal. House salad, boneless buffalo wings, and three cheese chicken penne. Food tastes fresh and came out hot and in a timely manner. Service was great and the adult beverages were mixed well. I definitely recommend this location AAA+++
Update: 2nd visit was not as good as the first. Took a half hour to get the appetizer from my 2 for 22$ then when I finally got my 6oz steak it was not how I ordered, it was over cooked. Had to knock a few stars off for this.

You have gotta be kidding me. Service from the onset was slow and minimal. Return trips for drink refills or ayce entree replenishment was hit and miss. Food was mediocre. But it gets better. As the meal concluded, two of the 4 of us ordered dessert. Instead, ten minutes later, we we’re simply handed our bills. I brought this to our waitress’s attention, and then to a guy who seemed to be performing in a management capacity. 40 minutes later they were shocked we were still there waiting, which had now become the principle of the thing, and we still had no dessert. Ten minutes later, dessert came. We were almost scared to eat it. I spoke directly with the manager about the poor service, the disregard of our order, the incredible indifference to it by almost everyone, and the poor quality of every piece of this experience. She couldn’t have given less of a listen if she had been standing outside. I advised no tip, we would not be back, and she could have cared less. I get that help is hard to come by here. I get that almost everyone is understaffed. But read the other reviews for this place. Either loved or hated, with nothing in between. Lots of issues with service and food quality. So, you may not know what you get in there on any given day. No worries. I won’t chance it again. I won’t go back.

We went here on a date. It was wonderful! The staff is so friendly and courteous. They have an outstanding bar area while we waited around 5 mins for our table. The server brought our drinks to us that we ordered right away. Menu was easy to read. They do have somewhat of a limited side selection. But still was very good. Margaritas was delicious! It was a terrific experience. We enjoyed seeing the managers walk around and talk to the guests to see how everything was going. Our waitress was outstanding 🙂 Definitely will go back again!

Entered at 7:30 Sunday night and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We were seated right away. Waiter was slow to get to us. Food was slow coming out and when arrived at table with no silverware or napkins. Waited 5 to 10 minutes for Waiter to bring napkins. Wasn’t asked until finished eating about drink refills. The icing on the cake for subpar experience was the turning of the tables and flipping every chair upside down on all of the tables in our section. Sure didn’t feel very welcoming. When the vacuum started up we couldn’t pay the bill and get out of there fast enough. The meal was good and prepared as ordered.

It was a really nice place to eat when it first opened, and reasonably priced as well. Over the last few years the portion sizes have gotten smaller while the price gets higher.
We were also seated by the bar and could hear the bartender making snotty comments to the servers. She was constantly taking her mask off, and even when she did wear it, it never covered her nose, very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time we had a problem with her, had her for a server in the past and the service was terrible, and she was plain rude. They must be really hard up for employees to keep her.

Food was great. Our server was awesome, Jessica. She was great and had a calm and respectful attitude while another server was talking smack and giving her a hard time. They do need to teach these young kids to keep things respectful on the floor and respect the customers as well.

We haven’t been back in almost a year after having poor/slow service and bad food other times we have visited. But, we got a gift card and decided to give them a chance. We were there right when they opened around 11. It took us 30 minutes to get a drink from the bar. They said the computers were down so the drinks never got sent. Wouldn’t a server know their table got appetizers but no water and no drink? We finished our appetizer before we got a water. No one checked on us or walked by, we had to go ask the host for water. When our drinks from the bar finally came, my husbands drink had hair in it. Not normal hair. It looked like facial or down-there hair. There were maybe two other small tables, but our entire dining experience took over an hour. The same poor guy who brought out all of our food was the only one clearing tables or doing anything. I think he might have been the cook, too. We met grandparents with our son before we went to eat and planned to pick him up at 7. I was worried by the time we got our check and got out of there it would be time to go get him! We have $15 left on our gift card and I might just light it on fire.

Went to Applebee’s for my birthday. We mentioned to the waiter that it was my birthday. The waiter was extremely prompt and checked with us at least 10 times including 2 other staff members over the 45 minutes to an hour that we were there. Constant interruptions and when our order was brought to the table our check was delivered after taking 2 bites. So much for a birthday dessert, or comfortable environment.
