I really enjoy this applebees. It is always busy for a reason. Its a good place to eat at. I think for most people it is difficult to find because it is located inside a hotel. Their beer cheese soup pretzel is their best menu item. The burgers are pretty dang good!

We sat at the bar and enjoyed guessing the trivia games that were on tv. The food tasted great. Our server was not really on top of things. The restaurant was very slow and our sever spent a lot of time standing in a corner visiting with another employee. She had line of sight to us and payed no attention to the fact that we needed refills. My glass was empty when our food was brought out, she did notice my husband’s beer was low and refilled that and walked away, had to wait longer for her to be in the area to ask for my tea refill.

We did carry out but the food was amazing, the staff were nice and friendly, super helpful. That bartender knew how to make a strawberry margarita. And even better is that its in a hotel so you don’t gotta drive anywhere for dinner or lunch. 10/10 Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

Can’t rate the food because after 45 minutes the waitress forgot to put our order in and never bothered to check back until I had to actually get up and go ask for my husband’s water to be refilled. Had it been busy I could maybe understand but there was literally 2 other tables with 3 or less people that came in after us and amazingly got their food right away. The mgr comped our pretzels since it was all we had. I’ve never been disappointed with Applebee’s anywhere in the country before tonight and have never tipped less than $20. The saddest part was the waitress could’ve care less, just stated she got busy and forgot, we had 2 options a free dessert or a discount. Needless to say 10pm we left without dinner.

On Friday evening, January 16, we ordered two meals online from Applebee”s. We had a gift certificate for $25 and asked to have it applied to the total. We thought it had been applied, but when we checked the credit card it hadn’t been applied. I called to talk to the manager. She offered no apology but said she would check into it and get back to me. As of today, the 18th, we have not heard anything from Applebee”s .

Everytime we have came here to eat, we have had fast and friendly service and the good is always hot and delicious. I was hesitant at first because its inside a hotel, but honestly it was a better experience. Not too crowded and never a wait.

Applebee’s is just Walmart frozen food heated up and served to you lol. IDK how y’all eat this food. I could have stayed home and made blan pasta and poured basic sauce on it. Been 12 years since I ate it and I’m not missing out. That’s just me though ♂️

Would never eat there. Waitress and bartender had long decorated nails which are not sanitary and don’t belong in the food industry. Health inspector needs to retrain.

Pretty good Applebee’s! Entrance was confusing because we weren’t thinking we had to go in the main door because the sign is by the other door. Great food and service though. Spinach and artichoke dip with salsa was still just as good as any other Applebee’s. Drinks were very good as well. I really enjoyed both of the summer special drinks!
