We ordered curbside and waited for an hour before I went inside to get the food that I waited another 20 minutes inside only to bring the food out to the car and I realize there was no dressing for the oriental chicken salads times two that I ordered. I requested to speak with the manager two times and she brushed me off both times. And when I went inside to get the dressing, I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for her to send it out and that is the manager so nice that they filled the containers of halfway with dressing for a salad that I spent over $15 on. When we arrived to get the food, we called as per usual, and we were told it would be just a few more minutes they were getting it together as I said, I went inside after we waited an hour. where have the people gone in the service industry that actually care?

Ordered an oriental chicken salad and requested extra dressing and there is no dressing on my salad and there is maybe a total of 3 cups of ingredients in the container. How is it that I’m paying over $17 for a salad of such poor quality? Shame on you Applebee’s.

We were sat in area where a/c not working. Hostess should inform customer of that. Asked to be moved, waitress was understanding. Quesadilla was cold, good flavor, salad also. Waitress was Elizabeth and was great. Tables both were very sticky, arms and napkin stuck stuck. Disappointed always loved Applebee’s.

I ordered the All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and to be honest, I’ve had better from Sonic. We got there 5 minutes after they opened, got to our seat and placed our order within 5 minutes. All was good, then came the food, cold. We waited a light 20 minutes, so not long at all. So getting cold food didn’t make sense.

Nice atmosphere and social environment with great servers. Great food options but not sure what’s happening in back of house. Management can’t figure out how to treat the cooks well enough to stay. Seems like there’s only one person cooking a lot of times. No one really washes hands. Needs much better team work and upper level management. Good luck talking to anyone above the GM as cooperate seems to not only hate their jobs, but refuses to take care of responsibilities probably because of the lack of HR and cooperate function. -prior cook at the e. Came with my family and waited awhile to be seated and get the food which wasn’t the issue. The issue was everything was dry, over cooked and cold. I barely got any meat off my meal which basically tasted like rubber meat. STAY AWAY IF WAIT TIME!!

Brianna, our waitress was absolute perfection. It is hard to find waitresses that go the extra mile and it does make a difference!!! She got our soda in cups for us to take with us which was such a nice surprise. If you go to Applebees ask for Brianna’s section!!! Thank you so much Brianna! <3 <3
