Waited over an hour for our carry out on Christmas Day. The wait was expected, but then 90 minutes came. Paid $50.54 for a plain CHZ burger, and 2 of the same pasta. We got home & our food is half cooked, and cold. Really bummed.

Stopped in for lunch. It was almost empty, which I won’t complain about. I love less people. Server was very pleasant and food came out quickly. The artichoke dip has the dried layer of cheese like it had been under a heat lamp. It’s not bad, but more of a consistency thing, luckily the boyfriend likes that.
The Mac n Cheese was a little too runny but otherwise tasted good. The shrimp and chicken were delicious. The amount of mashed potatoes was about half what the picture shows but I was super full so it’s not like I needed more

Horrible time today. Waiting to get sat no welcome just a follow me. We get sat no one takes our drink order we sit and sit. Raven finally come to our table no welcome again “what do you guys wanna drink” thats it. Bring back water doesn’t say anything and walks away. We were ready to order considering we had sat there going on 20 mins. We order two meals and a appetizer. We wait again ever thing come out at once we dont want the cold app now send it back. Pasta is already hardening and my fiesta chicken came with a rotten lime and cold rice. Server said it was late because her new manager wont let her take plates out?? Did i also mention we got no silverware and waited while our server stood at that bar chitchating. Wish we would have just left also gnats everywhere and all over food seen in photo

This has gotta be the worst steak cook I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all when this happed. Ordered my steak medium, got it so overcooked it was shrunken and dry. Had them re-do my steak. when I received it the second time it was completely raw in some areas and the flavor was horrible to the point I just left it on the table. You can see in picture what I mean. Gabrielle M was our server she did well and had a good attitude and she is the only reason I left two stars instead of one.

Our server was great. Had a nice welcoming attitude. However, the food wasn’t great. Our wings took a little extra time so our food came out all together. My loaded waffle fries were a bit lukewarm. My wings were not fully cooked. I tried biting into a few of them and it was kinda raw. I guess the bigger pieces needed to cook longer. I also ordered the $11 Bacardi bucket. It taste like a tropical juice with no alcohol. I should’ve just ordered a lemonade. I wasted $40. I try not to complain to my server cause it’s not their fault but again, horrible.

We had an amazing waiter his name was Xavier, he was very helpful, kind and funny made the experience very enjoyable. Checked to see if everything was good for us. He was very sweet and we will go back again. The food was delightful, the new O-M-Cheeseburger was amazing. Absolutely deserves an amazing review.

The food took a very long time considering there were only 3 tables during dinner. Once served, the waitress told us that the soup wasn’t ready because it was still frozen. I got nachos and the nachos were cold. My wife got an appetizer thing and it was gross so she didn’t eat it. My baby cried for a second, so I took him out to the front area outside where my boy played with the wet floor sign for a minute (nobody in sight) and the bartender came out and snatched the wet floor sign away from my boy and started to “teach me” about the law and liability. The floor wasn’t wet at all. Meanwhile the staff were huddled up having friend time the whole time while the manager sat at a table scrolling through her phone. There is a reason it was dead in there. It sucks in so many ways.

Very upset with this order. I paid $50 for the Shrimp ‘N Parmesan Sirloin* (I added extra shrimp, onion toppers, and onions) – they tried to pull a fast one on me by replacing it with a $10 piece of chicken (had shrimp so I know it was swapped but did not have extra shrimp or the toppings AND they failed to mention the swap when they called about my husbands ribs) . Also, my husband ordered a full rack of Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs , they actually called me about this one to let us know they were out. We agreed on 2 chicken sandwiches as a replacement because of the price difference. They only sent one, and put lettuce and tomato on it when asked for it to be removed. Want to know what they offered us? A $20 gift card that does not even cover the difference between my STEAK and the chicken I received. The manager sounded inebriated, and didn’t even sound like he cared. Thank goodness for DoorDash. They made it right. Never again!!!!! I want to clarify, we spent $180 for 4 people. Never ever ever again!

Had a horrible experience this afternoon, which is unfortunate being that it was my anniversary and we came here because it’s normally really good and pretty cheap! We had TWO servers on a day that was rather slow other than having one big party. We were first served a soda with no syrup in it, no big deal we got it switched out. It then took 20+ minutes for our appetizer alone to come out. When our meals arrived they were not what we ordered (medium rare steak made well done nearly burnt and honey pepper mac and cheese with no sauce on the chicken?) which AGAIN would be no big deal if someone would have checked on us a few minutes after we received our meal to check if everything was ok. They did not. We asked for sauce for my food and were given the wrong one twice. They in fact did not make their way to any table near us. We waited for 20 minutes before seeing one of our servers. Then she proceeded to not come back over again. We will not be back. I didn’t catch her name but she was working with Xavier who seemed to be doing all the work for her. He was not only serving a huge party of people but bussing every table in that section. So I understand why he couldn’t make it over to us. It was the girl who was the issue.
