I asked for a medium steak. It was rare. There was no way for my waitress to know that because I did not have a steak knife.
Fries were cold. The two people with me said their burgers were ok

Apple bees is apple bees! The hostess working hard the whole time I was present. Solid service. Above average cooks… Chicken cooked perfect shrimp within parameters… easy to overdo. Potatoes near perfect for me. I can’t blame the cooks/checks for the soup as I took too long too consume. Bartender did amazing as well!

The onion rings were cooked perfect and the waitress was great. She was observant and kept checking on us. The wonton tacos were crunchy but a little over seasoned. The green beans were absolutely disgusting. They were overcooked and seasoned to the point of drowning in the garlic. The steaks were cooked very nicely as requested (med rare & med) but again over seasoned. Whoever the cook was caused the loss of a customer. If and that is a big if I ever try it again, it will be because of the waitress.

P.s just like the service at your restaurant i couldnt complete the deal with (your team) as its an automated bot and it wouldn’t let me tell you the date .
I couldn’t tell you how anything was as i sat there for 13 min at a table and was never even acknowledged. The 3 of us got up and left wished the 2 gentleman at the table next to us good luck as they were in same boat just 6 min behind.

The guy serving the next table over had so much cologne on that it irritated my eyes and made my husband sneeze. Way to much! If your gonna serve the public lay off the cologne. Service was great and food was too.

I would have given Yvette a great review except when we paid the check in cash I expected to get the customer receipt back and not the merchant receipt which didn’t have the survey code or the QR code on it and the only reason given was that we paid in cash …what???!

Steak portions was ridiculous. Our server was not good and we had to seat ourselves when the sign clearly says… “Wait to be seated”. Prices are outrageous and the margarita taste like it was watered down mix. I do not recommend this location. It would take a lot to make me go back in to this establishment. Good luck to anyone wanting good service or even portions of food to enjoy.

We’ve gone to this Applebee’s three times over the a five year span hoping things have changed and they have not! Poorly seasoned steaks, watery Mac and cheese with no cheese, entree’s missing sides, and our kids food came out 20 minutes before ours

Not very happy. I understand they were swamped and short staffed but when we first arrived we called to let them know we were at the car pickup. The lady that answered was downright rude and stated you will gave to wait as we are very busy.
A bit later a very nice manager came out and explained the problem. We finally got our order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Stuff was cold. My chicken breast was BURNT TO A CRISP on one side.
Several items were missing .
