I have been coming here for years. If this is their idea of an 8oz top sirloin. That’s ridiculous. It was supposed to be cooked medium rare. It was over cooked and must have come off the end of something. I’m not one to complain but, this is not a good way to keep customers happy.

The food was honestly awful. I placed a to-go order since I had some old gift cards laying around and I wanted to use them. I requested that my steak was supposed to be medium rare. It was more like well done!! The broccoli that came with it was really hard and lacked flavor. I felt sick for 2 days after I ate this meal. Disappointing that it was also $22 for this disgusting meal!! I would absolutely avoid this location in the future. I can definitely make better tasting stuff at home; I only went because of the gift card.

❤️Steak tasted like it came off the grill!!! Thanks to chef Ron who made this fabulous meal!! So good! Mmmm! Had great service from our waitress, Maha!! The hostess, Grace, was so nice and fun to chat with while we waited for a table to be ready! Take a good look at all of this awesome food! Sorry! I couldn’t wait to eat it! Also bathroom was immaculate!

Never in our lives have my husband and I felt as unwelcome as we did at this Applebee’s—honestly, at any establishment. The manager’s behavior was not only shockingly disrespectful, it was hurtful. Before we even had a chance to place a drink order or food order, he instructed the server that my husband was not allowed to have anything to drink. He claimed that if my husband drove home after being served and “got in trouble,” he could be sued.
From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being unfairly judged. The moment we sat down, that judgment only intensified. We were not loud, not disorderly, not disrespectful. We were completely sober. Yet somehow, we were treated as if we were a problem.
It truly felt like the manager was in a bad mood and decided to take it out on us for no reason at all. The entire experience left us shocked and embarrassed. It’s upsetting to know that we don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location again—or to any Applebee’s, for that matter.
If I could rate this experience with a negative star, I absolutely would.

Our server was great and that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We got the 2 for $25 deal with a drink and it ended up being $50 ……… our appetizer mozzarella sticks were burnt so our server brought us a free extra order and they were undercooked and cold to the touch so also inedible. Then they were out of broccoli for my boyfriend’s meal so he substituted it for a salad, which was a $3 up charge when they were literally out the side that his meal comes with ??? Also, there’s like three choices for entrees on the deal and everything else is an insane up charge so it rarely ends up being just $25. Applebees used to be affordable but the prices are crazy now. There’s no way I will ever step foot in an Applebees again.

Typically this is my go to location but after receiving food poisoning 3 times after eating here and just now I checked my to go meal of buffalo bites to find raw chicken. Almost COMPLETELY RAW! If you do not wish to be sick later stop going to this location and take your business somewhere else. All this time I’ve thought my stomach can’t handle the grease from here when really it seems like they dont follow food cooking safety guidelines and are perfectly content poisoning their customers. This location needs to step it up before health and food safety has to make an appearance.

Rickey was our waiter and HE IS THE BEST!!! we are a large family and he made us comfortable and our entire order was correct! Very clean establishment and very family friendly. The bathrooms were also very clean! They earned all 5 STARS

The waiter was great.. however the food was absolutely horrible. My friend ordered chicken quesadillas & they brought her a quesadilla with no chicken. I ordered a perfect margaritas , and needless to say, the margaritas was not perfect, the glass was dirty and the actual drink had previous residue from a prior drink that was made.. however , I do appreciate their willingness to make the food and drinks overall.. I wouldn’t eat at this location again tho

My friend took his service dog in with us. The waitress brought the dog a bowl of ice water and a plate for food. She was very considerate of the dog. Which really made us feel comfortable.
