3/30/25. Stopped in for a quick dinner and the were plenty of seats. The restaurant was very inviting, clean and playing light music. The restaurant was also clean and neat. I had the classic cheeseburger and a sweet tea.. the burger was much better than any fast food joint. My server was Nick and he did a great job.

We love Applebee’s and this is one of the better ones in the area. Our food is always fresh, it’s always delicious and the staff is always extremely helpful and so friendly. We even got the wrong order one night when we did carside to go and they addressed it immediately and made sure we felt comfortable with the solution. Definitely will continue to come back. Highly recommend

We should have been clued in when we came in for lunch at 12:30 and there were only a couple of customers. My friend ordered the chicken wrap and she said it was very tasteless and had no signature type flavor at all. She also got a Caesar salad and said the dressing did not taste like Caesar. I got the bone-in chicken plain due to allergies and it was very dry and tasteless. My fries were also soggy and cold. The service and food were mediocre at best. I used to love Applebee’s and it had been quite a long time since I had eaten there. There are too many other options to waste my $$ at Applebee’s. I won’t be back.

Gave us plastic spoon for hot soup, didn’t melt the cheese on a grilled cheese, messed up salad. Gave attitude when asked for ranch. Shelby, you need to train your kitchen staff to read the slips and make sure they are serving accurate and tasty food.

Overwhelmed waitress. We were roundly ignored the vast majority of the time. Several servers on the other side of the restaurant just walking around, some socializing, and not doing very much. No visible management available. At the very least, this was an example of poor management skills, no delegation of idle employees and chaotic service. Will not return.

Two weeks ago I ordered food from this restaurant and the boneless chicken wings were very dry and old, the salmon was dry, the mashed potatoes weren’t good, and my friend said their riblets were burnt. I spoke to the manager, David, about the issue. I told him it was too cold to go back to the restaurant. He was suppose to mail me a voucher and I never received it. This is the worst restaurant!

I received a very poorly made meal and when calling to ask for a refund they wanted me to drive back to the store. After telling the 3rd person the same thing and trying to explain to the manager Dan, he proceeded to ignore me and hang up. Worst customer service I have ever received. He did offer to fully refund my meal which I greatly appreciated. But this was after the third person asking me to drive back to the store 15 minutes away.

Made an online order at 6:25, supposed to be ready at 6:50. I arrive at 6:50, order is marked at ready. I didn’t walk walk out of there with my order until 7:15. 25 minutes after the order was marked ‘ready for pick up’. Was offered a drink while I wait. That’s it. Service is usually ‘okay’ at this location, but this was ridiculous. I attempt to call to talk with the manager. They put me on hold almost 10 minutes later I hang up, tired of waiting. Business was slower than typical at this time. I can’t really think of any reason why this would even be an issue. Either way, super annoying. *edit* the food is bad. I order ‘pink’ and the burger is so dry it’s crumbling to pieces.
