This place was unexpectedly wonderful! The mood was cheerful and music was pleasant. Our waiter was very patient and great. The French onion soup was absolutely amazing. The steaks were just as good. The price was right here too – 3 of us ate for $60. Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Our server was amazing, wonderful smile. My husband’s steak was a bad cut, grisly and tough. My chicken was a bit salty, and the broccoli could be cooked a little longer since they were kinda hard. Our fruit smoothies were amazing, and the cinnabons were good.

Ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger and asked if the patty could be swapped for Impossible patty…sure thing no biggie.
This burger is supposed to be Cajun spiced with garlic mayo, swiss cheese, black pepper sauce, grilled mushrooms, and onions…..it tasted like nothing but salt, couldn’t even eat more than 25% of it. I was told “Applebee’s food is salty” like an idiot who had never been to an Applebee’s or had a variant on a mushroom swiss burger before.
I shouldn’t feel like a horse after one bite, with so many things that are flavorful it should have tasted literally like anything but salt. I get that its Applebee’s but c’mon.

I am absolutely horrified with what they are serving to people and how they are treating people. My wife got a steak and when she got it it wasnt even warm and the inside couldn’t even be considered blue rare it was ice cold and was not cooked at all. She had to get a different meal which was absolutely terrible and inedible. I tried the new cheese burger was this shriveled little burger sitting on a little sprinkle of cheese that was all burnt to the plate and could barely even be scraped off the plate if you tried. They were passive aggressive and rude about it the whole time and still brought the bill for food that we couldn’t eat. I will never be going back again.

The bar service here was Outstanding!!! I had a drink after placing a take out order. Paul put my food order, timing it so that I could enjoy my cranberry margarita in its entirety before my food was bagged and ready to go. Best experience ever!

I picked up my order. Service was great, but the food was not. I probably shouldn’t have ordered fried food for pick up. The three appetizers were placed in the same container and the waffle fries had gone limp, the Wonton tacos leaked on the shrimp, so it was no longer crispy.

Good Applebee’s restaurant in Great Falls, nicely located across from the river. The food quantity of every dish is huge compared to a similar restaurant in Canada. Prices are a lot cheaper, too. You find great value deals 2 for $32 or $35. The steak Sandwich were great.
