My wife and I dine here often. The wait staff is right on. The food is always perfect and we really enjoy ourselves each and every time! The Bourbon Street steak with loaded mashed potato and extra shrimp is awesome!

The servers are awesome here! I’ve never had a bad experience with them, but this was my first time getting a burger and this is how it came to the table. I would say get ANYTHING on their menu, but watch out for the burnt bun and overcooked burgers. Everything else, including those new Valentine drinks, are perfect!

Worst experience at an Applebee’s ever. One of my daughters wanted Applebee’s for her birthday dinner but didn’t want to take her newborn out to restaurant so I placed a curbside order. The estimated pickup time was 5:59pm. Called at 6:09 and was told the order was being bagged up and would be brought out in a minute. Ended up going in to the restaurant at 6:20 and finally got my order. Most of the food was almost cold and fries were soggy by the time the I got to my daughter’s, which was only a 10 minute drive.
– ordered Whiskey bacon burger with no pink…burger was almost raw in the middle
– ordered green beans with another burger and received fries
– O M Cheeseburger was missing part of the bun and the melted cheese was already starting to solidify and was inedible and had no visible queso anywhere
– Ordered the hot honey glazed chicken skillet with no mushrooms, as I’m allergic, and mushrooms were indeed not removed and had no visible bacon
– Sizzlin Cookie Dough Pie was a joke. Two small containers (one with a scoop of ice cream and one with broken up cookie dough). ABSOLUTELY not with the $8
– and lastly, no straw for the drink (very very very minimal but not the point)
Absolutely not worth the $85 spent

Had lunch today and had the Big Cluckin’ Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. I ordered a house salad on the side. The salad came out quickly with my iced tea with lemon and glass of water. Had asked Kristin for yellow sweetener, and she forgot it when delivering the drinks.
After my salad was done, she had walked past my table several times without picking up the dish that was set on the side of the table to be picked up.
My meal was delivered, and there was still no pickup of my salad dish. Kristin walked by quickly several times and saw my glasses were almost empty and said she would come back with fresh drinks. She stopped at multiple tables to help and helped at the bar and never came back to my table with my drinks she promised to bring out. I was thirsty to drink something to finish my meal, but the drinks never arrived. She never checked up to see how everything tasted.
I decided to just pay my bill on the table top unit and just leave.
This is not good customer service if you can’t do the job of checking in and replenishing drinks as promised. Disappointed guest.

Had a server named JD (JP?) who lightened the mood and got us drinks. He continued to check-in and was fun to talk to and made the atmosphere better for sure. This was all on valentines day so I imagine they had a busy night prior to my dinner. Margaritas and Apple Sours were great as well.

Sue and Erica took what could have been a disaster and made the best of it .. nearby Applebee’s had closed on short notice for the day, but did not bother to notify this one (only 2 miles away). We and several other parties found ourselves here and they were only staffed for a winter Thursday evening. Patience on everyone’s part kept most people at least neutral, we were gooe once we understood the challenge. Area management needs to dona better job coordinating their efforts, so a solid team like this doesn’t get hammered unfairly.

I had the pleasure of being served by Marshall, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome. He was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right moments to make sure we had everything we needed.
Marshall’s knowledge of the menu was impressive — he gave excellent recommendations and explained everything clearly. Our drinks were always topped up, and the food came out perfectly timed.
