Ordered $35 worth of food. Asked for no nuts (allergic) on my apple pie, and it came with them anyway. Order a three cheese chicken penne and it came with zero bruschetta.. which basically gives the dish its entire flavor. If I wanted noodles with cheese sauce, I’d have gone to Dominos.

We had a great experience! Our server, Krystin, was amazing—very attentive, kept our drinks refilled without us even having to ask, and recommended the new Bayou Shrimp Bowl, which was absolutely delicious. Manager Danielle was very kind and friendly, checked in with us, and made sure everything tasted great and that we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We arrived about 1:00 p.m. last Friday and it was bustling. Were we told it would be 5 minutes for a table, yet there were lots if open tables. While we were waiting, a frustrated couple left telling the hostess they were seated and never waited on. The hostess didn’t handle that very well, and basically dismissed them. A waitress came over and they discussed whose table they were at and neither seemed to care that $40-$50 just walked out the door, probably forever, telling everyone they know! There was an opportunity to make that better, but it was missed. On the upside, we were immediately seated after that, and our waiter was a young man who did a great job. I felt he was new at his job, but he did great. Our service was fast, our food was delicious and we were happy with our experience there. I had the bbq bacon burger and fries, my Mom had the quesidilla burger and we both enjoyed our meals.

I have visited many applebees both in wisconsin and minnesota and the best expierence has been recently in Rice Lake Wisconsin. The place was very inviting, and clean. The food was hot. Service was timely and polite. The biggest game changer was the red haired manager came around to each table to check in. Never has that occured .. still smiling. very Impressive and Professional.. will reccomend strongly to others i know….

When My wife and I arrived cars were packed in the parking lot and it was 2:45 pm… a small town so not many choices but… Applebees are a good choice for food prepared correctly and efficiently. The general manager was our server she was training a new person and she is a great gal. Very down to earth. The hostess didn’t greet us when we came in. She had her head buried in her seating chart. But she got to us in a good timely manner. The food was well made. Didn’t skimp on the sauce for the boneless wings. And the artichoke dip was good and the artichoke dip bowl and salsa had a good quantity. Great amount of chips too. My wife did say the food didn’t seem hot but warm. Good enough to eat. My wife and I got dessert 10/10 on everything Hot and delicious.
Side note the server who we had last time went out of their way to say hey. Felt like a regular.

I took my finance and son out for dinner tonight got a half rack of ribs garlic mashed potatoes and order of fries and a Mountain Dew. Where to begin let’s start with the pop I put my straw in and right away noticed something floating in it I told the server he got me a new one ok cool. Next he brought out the fries they were barely even room temp. Then he brought out my ribs and garlic mashed potatoes the potatoes where cold then I grabbed my fork for the ribs shocker it was dirty so there was an extra fork I used that one ok whatever then I took a bite of my ribs the sauce was hot when it shouldn’t of been since I ordered honey bbq. I won’t be going back. Terrible experience!

Went for happy hour and food and found the staff was short. It took a while to get drinks and orders placed, but once we did, it wasn’t very long, and our server, Pam, brought things out as fast as she could. Honestly, she was about the only server for nearly an hour. We overheard the other young servers talking in their little group, that they weren’t punched in yet and couldn’t help. Perhaps there’s a policy about clocking in early… it wouldn’t be too surprising. Anyway, the food was great. I had the long island iced tea and was glad it wasn’t too strong. My wife had the good (higher priced) Margherita and had nothing bad to say about it. We divided on appetizers and got the boneless wings (awesome), spinach and artichoke dip (awesome), chicken wonton tacos (very awesome), and the chicken quesidillas (awesome as well). Everything was great, but even with more server arriving or server was still busy at the end.
