They’re unlimited wings and fries are back. They’re ranch dressing is not what you expect. They make it in house but they didn’t have any buttermilk so they use mayonnaise. It was the funkiest tasting ranch I’ve ever had. The service is okay our server was very attentive.

Ordered dinner on 8/4. after picking up the order and going home to eat, everything was cold and the fries were stale and soggy. Every burger and the steak that was ordered was pink inside when I asked for it to be well done. Brought all the food back and asked for a refund because I was just gonna get something else they told me they haft to go through corporate and so on for a refund. Called a week after and the manager on that day told me they submitted it to corporate and that I should have a refund shortly any day. Called back on Monday 8/21 for an update and the manager in that day was rude and pretty much telling me that I should have taken the in store credit. It has been almost 3 weeks this is ridiculous now I’m out $40 haven’t had any updates on the situation. I will no longer do business with Applebees again.

Any time I ever go to Applebee’s for supper the staff is always so nice and welcoming. They check on you often, but not too often, and the manager, Jessica, is one of the nicest I have met in the hospitality industry. I did that job for a living and I know how tough it can be to keep a smile and continue be nice over time, so great job to all the staff there, they’re amazing! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were here for a date night and got half price apps. I highly, highly recommend the pretzels with cheese dip!!!! One of the Best appetizers I’ve had in a long time! The onion rings were also good – my husband loved the barbeque sauce they were served with. I do NOT however recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. So incredibly gross. It’s possible we just got a bad batch or something but I have never had a dip that disgusting in my life. I’ve never returned food to the kitchen and I should have this time but our waitress was so nice, I didn’t want to seem rude. But seriously, the dip was so bad I almost threw up.

Not the friendliest of staff. It appeared Nailea (our server) may have been new but tried to come across as friendly, unfortunately not quite succeeding. Only looked like they had 2 servers on, with 5 tables sat when we initially went in. Only 1 table (a 2 top) came in after us & mind you the ONLY additional table that came in the whole time we ate. However, there was 3 tables that sat dirty the entire time we dined (approximately 35 minutes). The air was turned up too high & was beyond freezing. Overheard a guest with a baby next to our table talking about how cold it was. I also had to go out to my car to grab a sweatshirt. The barbecue wings had an over abundance amount of sauce, which gave a burning sensation in the throat. The waffle fries we got as an appetizers were OK, but considering people “eat with their eyes 1st” they plating was a little messy but A for effort on the taste, which really was just OK… definitely not worth all the hype from the commercials. The chicken salad bowl I ordered was EXTREMELY dry!! Even the chicken was dry. I was able to take about 2 bites & just couldn’t bare drinking water just 2 get it down! ♀️ The wonton tacos were over-cooked & the sauce seemed to not be mixed properly. The only thing that seemed to be decent was the oreo shakes my daughter & I ordered & my son’s 3 cheese mac & cheese. Except his breadstick was almost burnt & hard as a rock! Applebee’s (in Rapids for now at least) will most likely never have my business again until they step up their customer service & cooking skills!! It’s obvious why Applebee’s is declining in business.

Horrible experience last couple of times there, will not go back again. I mean, even if waitress is new, who on their right minds think this appetizer looks good to be served to ANYONE!? and the time before that I asked for a parmesan shrimp sirloin well done and was missing parmesan sauce and missing the shrimps also sirloin was burnt and my boyfriend’s wanted he’s medium well and he got he’s well done. Also waitress gave us our drinks and went chit-chat with her co-workers while we waited for her for about 15-20 minutes for her to come to us and ask for our order and last but not least our appetizers took forever to come to the table. It was not busy AT ALL. Not going back. Can’t forget to mention, too many flies to count.

The chicken platter I ordered was great, but the fries came to us cold. My main complaint is the staff. The place was completely dead, me and the person I was with, we had our drinks completely empty, and there were 4 staff members, all sitting there talking to each other, not bothering to update us or refill our drinks. The big thing also was that he ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and it was just cheeseburger, no bacon. When we went to pay the bill there was no one there, we had to look for her. Never seen such poor service like that.

Very dissapointed with our visit to this location. I ordered the endless wings and got 1 plate brought out to me in the 35 mins we were there, our server disappeared the whole time, and my drink was not refilled a single time. When our orders finally got to the table, the sauce and dipping sauces for the wings were wrong. Would not recommend coming here.
