Oh my, the wait time was ridiculous. There were only 4 tops in the whole restaurant and 5 staff on the floor huddled around the POS. Every step of the way there was a unnecessary wait time. To be seated, drink request, drink delivery lost the order twice, when the food did arrive it was wrong and entire meal was not edible. I am not looking at a Michelin Star restaurant but enable would have Been great. We saw cash tips being picked up by staff not working tables, then I was given the incorrect cash out ticket, at this point 5 tops in the entire restaurant. Unexcuseable. I will never be back to this location. The photo attached is the meal left because the steak was so over cooked if laces were added it could have walked a 1000 miles, the broccoli was so over salted and over cooked it nearly disintegrated trying to pick it up with a fork. The mash potatoes were someone cold, crunchy and hard at the same time. This was not end of day, this was not a rush period this was 3:30 in the afternoon. I was trying to treat my son to a special meal after a hospital trip and fasting.

It was so cold one of the waitresses was wearing earmuffs and a coat. We would have eaten with our mittens on if we could. The food was good , however I did not receive the breadstick that was supposed to come with the salad (Strawberry Balsamic Salad) even asking about it when I was halfway through eating.
The service was awful. It took at least 10 minutes for the waiter to initially come to the table. The food came in a reasonable amount of time however the waiter never came back to check if everything was ok, I had to ask another waitress about the breadstick and still did not receive it. The original waiter slid our receipt on the table as he walked by. Not a thank you or anything.
Last time I visited, the waiter forgot my breadstick as well, however he apologized about it.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated when no one else was waiting, was told we would have silverware soon but did not get it until after salads came, was given the wrong item on plate while others had their food, waited 8 minutes to get my food back “correct” (others were almost done eating), steak was ordered medium rare but came just shy of well, mashed potatoes were cold, ate the food anyways because I waited so long for for my food already (average flavor, edible but not great), when i told the server (who did see the steak was not medium rare about the complaints the manager said “well, you ate it so”. Terrible customer service, below average food, and an overall lackluster experience. Will not be coming back.

Hostess sat us at a table and never said a word to us. Watched servers and management standing around talking. We waited 8 minutes without any server approaching our table so we go up and left. Please remember customers are why you have a job better take care of them. Thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service

I ate lunch here this past weekend and it was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The food was terrible across the board. Everything came out cold and completely lacking flavor. The tortilla soup was basically just a bowl of tortilla strips with barely any broth. The salad was bland, with tasteless dressing, and the nachos were somehow even worse — cold cheese, mostly covered in sour cream, and hardly any actual toppings. I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant can mess up nachos and a salad this badly. Forgot the dressing for the side salad. Breadstick was hard and over cooked. Quesadilla was soggy.

On top of that, I was given a hard time about using a free appetizer coupon that I received via email. The coupon clearly stated that you could show the email to your server to redeem it. Despite this, the staff argued that it was only valid through the app. Even after pointing out the wording on the coupon, they went back and forth between an employee and a manager before reluctantly applying it and even then, they only took $10 off instead of comping the appetizer as advertised. It was unnecessarily frustrating and felt like they were just trying not to honor their own promotion.

The restaurant itself is in rough shape. The carpet looked old and dirty, the booths and tables were worn down, and the entire place felt neglected and in serious need of an update.

The staff’s appearance was also unprofessional. Baggy jeans hanging down and sweatshirts don’t exactly inspire confidence or cleanliness. The manger had long snake finger nails, a snake necklace, and looked like someone from the circus. Fast-food places like Chick-fil-A and Subway manage to look more put together than this.

Overall, this location feels rundown, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal or dining experience.

Service was basically….. nonexistent. We waited over five minutes to be seated. Then once seated, we waited a while for someone to take our drink order. We just wanted water, so that was easy and got that pretty fast from the young man who asked what we wanted to drink. We then waited 25+ minutes for a server… we ended up telling a staff member we have not been served yet… This person said they would see what’s going on. We waited another five minutes, servers walking past us, and ended up just leaving.
There were at least five staff members in the building. One of them appearing to be a manager. It wasn’t really busy at all… Very confusing.

What an absolute trainwreck of an experience. Our server was – and I am almost certain – wasted while we were here. The service was deeply discombobulated and incoherent. We had to send things back because he was getting them wrong and not asking follow-up questions. Didn’t ask what flavor sauce we wanted on our wings, what temperature we wanted our burger. Nothing. Watched him leave people sitting with menus for 20+ minutes and when he’d get to them he wouldn’t right things down. A table near ours literally left because he was such a mess. He’s a liability to you guys. Good luck.

I try my best to not be the “screw this, we’re leaving” guy; this was a rare instance, and we really tried to put up with it.
We came here for Valentine’s Day. I expected it to be busy; we were told there was a 30 to 40 minute wait time for seating, which waited for. Several other parties were in line before us, and some left the cue before being called. During the wait we noticed approximately 8 to 10 tables were not in use to seat anybody, unsure of why. Some of those in line were using these tables to sit at to wait. We were seated in about 40 to 50 minutes. Our waitress told us right away there was long wait time for food, but we placed and order. We got one of our two drinks in timely manner. We waited about another 30 minutes. Watching wait staff, they seemed disheveled, disorganized, stressed, albeit understaffed. In that time I noticed many of the tables seated before us seemed to also be wating for food. Our waitress was friendly enough and did her job. We asked if could pay for our drinks and leave to which she agreed and was polite about. I never caught her name, but she was not part of the issue and don’t hold her at fault.
Overall, something was holding up productivity slowing wait time on a busy night that was not even operating at full capacity. It just seemed overall uncharacteristic of an Applebee’s.

I ordered delivery off of the Applebee’s app. Not a third-party app. When the food arrives, my entrée was missing. I did not receive my O M cheeseburger sub impossible burger. There is nothing on the app besides contact me you can explain and go through the process of getting a refund. Instead, the number on the top of the receipt is no longer working. You have to google the local Applebee’s because the number on the receipt is not valid. Upon calling Applebee’s, the lady at the store said I can only give you store credits.
Whoever bagged my order did not look at the receipt correctly and forgot my order, but had everything else.
The lady at the store told me I needed to call another lady and explain the situation again. I did call the other lady and text her a receipt and my name. I did get the $15 store credit But I just want people to be aware that delivery isn’t always good. We cannot see if all items are in the bag and it ruins the special occasion. Tonight was a special occasion, but quickly turned sour because my order was not even in the bag. From here on out, I will only pick up and never delivery so I can make sure that all items are in The bag. Not good service of making sure everything is in the to go bad.

Nice place nice people but they have the bartender doing too much. I wanted 20 minutes to place an order for a drink sitting at the bar. He took my food order and never checked back on me. I just wanna get up and leave the food behind. #overlookedcustomer
