If I could give 0 stars I would. Order a chicken fajitas rollup and they give me two chicken tacos UPSIDE DOWN! Also didnt give the correct side for my mother’s meal. Ill never go back, so disappointed.

Me and my wife drove from 94th and silver spring all the way to Applebee’s we got the worst customer service ever in American history. For number one they took us all the way to the back right by the booth by the managers. After the young lady set us down that was at the booth when you first come in we thought someone was going to come and ask us that we want some water would be like something to drink anything. After 45 minutes sitting there waiting no one came to the table but the young lady who was serving that portion of the section. After we stopped her she went to the manager and the manager told her he changed the seating arrangement and she asked him why didn’t you let me know that that had occurred because we were sitting there and haven’t been served yet. So the manager said he was going to send someone right away but he didn’t. We sat there about 45 minutes to an hour with no service that is ridiculous. Did anyone ask us that we want water something to drink nothing. I have never felt so out of place in my life it felt like I was in another dimension. And the bad thing about it we travel so far all the way from 94th and silver spring just to come eat at this establishment. The poorest customer service ever what is the history of the planet Earth. My wife was so upset how about the service she had to take a breathing treatment just trying to hold her composure. I know you guys can do better than this start watching those cameras and paying attention to what is really breaking your business down and why the rain is so low. PS the lady at the podium that’s the one who took us to our seat way way way way way way way in the back. Tell her to stay off her phone.

The service was great. Waitress was very helpful. The hostess said it will be 10 minute wait but one of the waitresses/bartender said we could sit at a booth near the bar and she’d take our order. We ordered the three all you can eat dinners; ribs, chicken tenders and shrimp and let me tell you they were all you can eat. And with various sauces for the chicken tenders gave it an extra kick to keep on eating. It was all very good going back and forth from shrimp to tenders tenders to ribs ribs back to tenders then to shrimp. I really had my fill. If you are hungry go to Applebees and order an all you can eat. And don’t worry if you order one they will bring you the others as second third and fourth dishes.

Came in with my sisters to have some girl time..

Was lied to about the sprinkle in my cocktail.
Was asked right away about should the bill be split or on the same bills food was cold. And was treated poorly. After this experience I am not sure if I will visit an Applebee’s again. Very disappointing. #why?

It was a very poor experience to say the least. The server was more concerned about my kids than she was her job. Let’s start by them not having any kids menus. We had to figure that out ourselves what their menu was. All of our food came out 5 minutes apart. None of us ate together. I ordered a special item based on a sauce that I specifically ordered(would have ordered something different). It took 3 people to figure out they had no more (didn’t even put anything on the actual food). My fiance got the same thing and it was the same way. The manager did not care that we were upset about the visit nor did anything to even try to make it better. Very dysfunctional and unorganized. I won’t be back.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Applebees I have been to.
Food was lukewarm when it came out and one person in our party never got her food. Her food was given away to the wrong table and we were left waiting for her wings for 35+ minutes. IM STILL NOT CONFIDENT HER FOOD WILL EVER ARRIVE.
The restaurant was not busy by any means. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER be giving my money to this establishment ever again and I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Lights were also flickering the entire time. These were the state her “Garlic Parm” wings came out in AFTER AN HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED.

Waited for over an hour and no one came to my table to greet me at all! Someone was seated before us that came in after us! That table was done with their food & they still hadn’t even greeted us or taken or order! I spoke to 4 different people but they continued to walk past me & ignore me like I was invisible. I was more than patient & understanding! This was a complete waste of my time! I had 2 children with me who waited patiently & was staving! The manager tried to make up for it by giving us fries but I still waited another 10 minutes as the waiter still walked past me repeatedly without taking my order! I feel completely disrespected!!

I came here with my mom and son early this afternoon. Upon entering, we weren’t greeted. The person who seated us didn’t even give us a kids menu. I asked the waitress for a kids menu and it took forever, so I asked the guy who seated us for one. He said he’d get us one and proceeded to clean the tables. We ended up not ordering anything and just leaving. Luckily, Chilis was a couple of minutes away and we had a much better experience there.

When we got there it didn’t take long for us to be seated but unfortunately we didn’t have the best server. I want to say she tried but at times it was hard to tell. Most notably when I asked her for help and when walking towards our table turned and walked right past us without a word. Maybe it wasn’t on purpose but she looked right at me and it felt rude. We ordered one of those burgers cut in half and dipped in cheese and it was really good but the 4 cheese macaroni with the honey tenders wasn’t so good. The 4 cheese Mac seemed to lack any cheese at all but the tenders tasted good. Lastly when she brought back my receipt she forgot to leave a pen for me to sign and tip. Hopefully this isn’t looked at as anything bad but a couple things that can be better. I look forward to my next visit.

The service was unbeatable. I was late to pick up and although they couldn’t find my food (I was about an hour late), they had a meal ready in less than 5 minutes and were happy to serve me. And the food was great, although way too much salt. I’m still looking for places that lightly salt their food. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with garlicky green beans.
