I had the quesadilla burger which was pretty good. No complaints about any of the other meals our party got either. Service was alright, not lackluster but could’ve been a little bit faster, felt like we waited a good portion of time to order our food. The lighting inside is pretty bright, but aside from the that the experience was good. Would go again.

This is the best Applebee’s! The food is consistent, service is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is very clean. Hannah was our server and she was super attentive! She was always hustling, checking in with us multiple times, and ensuring our drinks were never empty. The food came out super quick and hot! Lucio the general manager stopped by to check in at our table. He runs an excellent restaurant and even refilled our drinks. Looking forward to visiting Applebee’s in Delafield again soon!

The food just was not good. 2 of our 3 orders were wrong including drinks and we had basic orders no special take offs or requests. The eggs were watery, hashbrowns lacking everything and sausage was mushy. The portions were way off. Our waiter complained about everything. As did the other workers .
The remodle looks modern and was a nice touch to what use to be. The idea of Applebee’s/ IHOP is good for the area however we went once and will not be going back.

Had to wait 5 minutes to get seated, less than 1/2 of the tables had quests at them. Management said it was because they need to clear tables. Sounded like they may have been short staffed, but they were sending servers home? Manager/owner was seating in bar area, not assisting staff on the floor or in kitchen. The wait staff were in the lobby bitching about work conditions. Last time we stop here!

Would never come back here again. Me and my wife sat for 45 mins waiting for our food. It seemed like they just didn’t want to make our food. I would highly recommend not coming here. I would try out a different applesbees but would treat this location like the black plague.

Went to an Applebee’s and IHop combo restaurant my waiter was deaf but very good had to write my order. He took great care of me. Spoke to the manager she was very nice my pretzels were good a little over salted but that was an easy fix.I will go back when in the area

Just an odd vibe. Kitchen workers were servers while wearing aprons and dirty shirts/jeans. Servers and managers were discussing things out in the open. Just felt like it was a bunch of employees of the restaurant scrambling around. The fries I got were probably made the day before and they were room temperature/not warm. They brought my son’s corn dog and applesauce out 5 minutes before mine. It also felt like it was 78° in the restaurant.

You want to get food poisoning or sick it’s the place to eat the staff does not wear gloves they do not wash their hands health code seems optional as well as hygiene if you want to get sick or you’re looking for ammunition for a lawsuit this is the place to eat and all of this is visible I mean the kitchen doors are wind up so you get a dang good view of the kitchen from where you’re eating depending on where you’re sitting and what I saw unfortunately after I finished my meal just outright disgusted me I wish I hadn’t eaten there. As to your reply you’re trying to offer me free food you don’t address the nasty unsanitary behavior of your employees we’re going to get someone sick I’m pushing the health department to shut you down
