Popped in for a late lunch and walked away feeling a bit disappointed. For example, the riblets were room temp and tough (took quite a bit of force to get the meat off the bone). It isn’t something to really complain about or make a big deal out of, but also something that I am not really eager to come back and eat again. Service was okay, atmosphere was fine. Meh.

I was here earlier today with my daughter for lunch this is what I was given for an oriental salad. 6 small pieces of lettuce and I mean very small around the outside of my plate. They did not have a bread stick with my salad she said she’d bring it out about an hour later someone else had brought it out I told her I did not want it, I was done eating and just wanted to leave. They didn’t have broccoli either, my daughter tried to order the Fiesta lime chicken they didn’t have the rice for that either.

Stopped in for a meal and it was about what you’d expect from a big chain restaurant, solid, reliable, and exactly what you’re looking for when you want something familiar. The food was good and came out as expected, nothing overly fancy but definitely enjoyable.
The real standout was the service. Our server was excellent, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. That alone made the visit feel a notch above the typical chain experience.
Overall, a good meal with great service. Would definitely return for a casual, dependable dining option.

My friend and I came to Applebees on Friday night around 7:00 pm (02/27). The food and waiter were both great, however the hostess with brunette hair and glasses did not acknowledge us or look at us for a solid 5 minutes despite no one else waiting. She also kept very openly chewing on her fingernails (white French tips) when she did address us. While I’m relieved she did not handle our food directly, it was alarming to see that from a food service worker.

Food was subpar fries were cold and the first order was wrong we wanted the full rib rack meal not the ribletts and really the only items that were enjoyable were the apps and drinks

Neglectful, crappy service. God forbid you get a refill. Food came out burnt and we waited for our server to finally come by to tell her. She only came back originally to ask if we needed box, when told the chicken was burnt she asked “just on the outside or the inside too?” As if it makes any difference to burnt food, the food was inedible and was spat out.
Then here comes the arrogant manager after her, asking if we wanted new chicken. By the time we got replacement food we just wanted a box because everyone else at the table had been done, he SCOFFED as he turned away right infront of us! We were never once disrespectful to him or our server. Service like this is ridiculous.
No apology, nothing. Just blatant disrespect. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The current ‘all you can eat boneless chicken wings’ is a very generous offer. For $12.99 you start with 10 wings and fries. Each refill is 5 wings and more fires. Several sauces to choose from. Very fast service.

Food was horrible. Wonton tacos stale and cold, boneless wings were fried twice before I got them. The bartender was not friendly towards me. I still left a 25% tip. Busy maybe idk but a German cockroach crawled out onto my wallet on the bar and i ran out disgusted. Didn’t even want my Togo box after that. GROSS!

Restaurant was clean and organized. Greeted warmly at the door. Ashley was our server, she was friendly, clear and attentive. Food was hot, flavourful and received in an appropriate amount of time. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

I’m not a fan of Applebee’s mostly because of the large number
of high calorie items on the menu. For this reason I only visit every couple of years. I would like to see a larger selection of healthy seafood and other items.
