My wife and I came in here for an early dinner and she got the chicken parm with Alfredo noodles and a v day tipsy drink. I got a whiskey fuse bbq burger. The chicken parm was hot and noodles were also hot. The burger and fries were cooked prefect not over done or under done. Are serve Jon was very well professional and making sure we were taking care of and all his tables. He was making sure everything was good and ask us if we wanted dessert. He also told us about how long my wife’s drink would take and such. Even the general manager came around ask how everything was. That’s how it should be. This isn’t the first time we been here but anytime we came here we are never disappointed. The crew work has a team I see and to me that makes a great place to come back to and no one was behind of getting food.

Quick and to the point with Buffalo wings included!
We were quickly greeted and brought to a table, the place was very busy. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable but she did not let us know that we had qualified for free Buffalo wings- good thing we read one of the signs on the door.
We got the brownie bite and the blondie and two White Russians. Buffalo wings free every Monday with a minimum purchase for something to do with the nfl.

Great for takeout. Their “Carside-to-go” program is pretty good. You order online or on the phone & they bring it out to your car. We’ve had consistently good service & food, except the last time we got an order from them. The food was a bit delayed and one of our four meals wasn’t as good as usual. I completed their survey and they responded nicely by making up for the “off” meal. We’ll certainly be ordering from them again soon.

The $5 tea I got tasted watered down, hardly any flavor, I’ve had their tea several times.
I didn’t really want a confrontation, so when I was leaving I told the guy behind the service bar it didn’t taste right. There were no other customers in the place, so nobody was busy. But he just said “I’ll check that out”. Not a “sorry”, “Let me get you another”……..nothing!
On my way out I tossed the nearly full drink in the trash. Good food though!

Wonderful experience, delicious food, and a caring, thoughtful, and cheerful server, Ruth. We had a great two and a half hour meal with time to chat, savor our food, and relax. A very enjoyable experience.

Our waitress this evening (Jenny E) was phenomenal! She was super tentative and our drinks were never empty. Her bubbly personality made our experience even better. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted delicious. We will be back. Thanks Jenny for you’re wonderful service.

Family dinner and we chose Applebees. Server took our order, didn’t listen to request of starter vs. main meal delivery, messed up an order and ended up not getting dinner until after everyone else was done. Had to argue with server to get it comped as there was no manager making rounds as per usual. Disappointed.
