The concept of the food is great but the actual food itself is less than good. Perfectly cooked and not burned or anything but there was very little flavor, not much spice. Except the fries which happened to be sprinkled with something.

This is perhaps only the 3rd or 4th time ever that I have eaten at Applebee’s in the USA, all the other times being in Oregon. I came in expecting something like I experienced in the past, but I was disappointed, and not just me, but everyone in my party as well. This was not a first choice for dinner, but simply because we had a long drive ahead of us and this was the first restaurant to catch our notice as we started to leave the Gulf area. The food was so-so, for example, my Tex-Mex Bowl looked great, but somehow seemed to not have the pleasing flavors that I thought it would have. What was more troubling for us was the difficulty we had in getting attention from our server, or from anyone for that matter. We eventually got the help we needed, but it was sorely trying our patience. I wish that I had better things to say, but this was just not our day, and apparently not theirs either.

Was a very good service. Hannah N was a amazing hostess who was prompt and quick with bringing drink refills and always checking in to make sure everything was good. Always had a wonderful smile coming by. Will definitely come again. Food was hot and fresh.

Typically chain. Bartender was nice, manager was nice as well. Unfortunately got some raw chicken in the boneless wings. Obviously they were very apologetic. Brought new wings out instead. The food was just ok. Usually I love the tacos but they tasted off today. Oh well it’s Applebees didn’t expect much. Would have gotten 3 if the wings weren’t raw first time around.

Had a fabulous meal. Fiesta Lime Chicken was as delicious as I had anticipated! Bourbon chicken was tasty as well and love the garlic potatoes! Manager and staff were fantastic also since I ordered online and made an error that they fixed immediately. Even got a nice little note with my corrected pick up order! Kudos Applebee’s!!

My grandparents come regularly to this location. Many times we have had a wonderful dinner .. Terry, Hannah, and Madison are awesome waitresses. The hosts greet us with a smile and are always friendly too

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ordered my food takeout and when i arrived home it was all stone cold, and my steak was completely raw. went back to have the steak remade and it was extremely well done when i had asked for medium. manager seemed like he could care less and the server didn’t seem to care either. Only positive part was the server with the blonde hair, she was extremely nice.

Our waitress Hannah is wonderful. We always order the pretzels and loaded waffle fries. Delicious food. We come here at least once a week and ask for her.. She knows our drink orders before we even sit down. The hosts are always nice and friendly and it’s a great place for bringing our friends and family.
