I brought my mom here for her birthday and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Our server Colleen was a real sweetheart and was so nice and pleasant to us. She really made our experience a great one and my mom truly enjoyed herself. Thank you so much for making her day extra special! ☺️ The food was fantastic as well! The chicken parmesan fettuccine was definitely a home run! Even right down to the coffee, it was all delicious!

Went in with my mother and husband for dinner. Our dinners in the restaurant were amazing with one exception, a hair on my plate. We ordered three meals to go that were identical to what we ate in and when we got them home we realized that the second meals were half size portions. Not at all happy with not receiving a full meal when we were paying for a full meal to go. Drinks with alcohol are on the weak side. Prices are good as they are on the menu, but they are not good prices for taking meals out. We will be back because the food is really good and the appetizers are really good. The next time we order food we want to take home, we will order the dinners right there at the table and then ask for takeout boxes. That way you will get what you’re paying for.

Colleen was super sweet, fast and friendly! She quickly remedied mistakes and checked in often. Atmosphere is docked points because a country song came on the radio and I got called a lady even though I’m not one. Overall a nice time!

I am sooooo impressed with our service here! They were witty, upbeat, and extremely pleasant! Hunter showed us to our booth, and James was our server! They were wonderful! James suggested the bourbon steak and wow, packed with flavor! It was sooo good. My husband had the chicken Ceasar salad….delightful! The appetizers were very flavorful too! We will be back

Tonight I had dinner with friends and what could have turned out to be a terrible night was made in a fantastic night. Our server Misty was so polite, energetic and on top of things that even though the kitchen was a touch slow, the service we received made up for it. Drink refills were early and often, making sure we had silverware and all condiments we needed to enjoy our food. If

A nice restaurant in the Ludington area.
Came here with a small group. Service was good overall. Bar was a bit busy so drinks took a bit but waitress was very nice and communicated about it. So no biggie.
The food was surprisingly decent. I have not had Applebee’s in quite a long time. Maybe 10+ years and I don’t remember good things. I would say the food was average overall.
The pasta on the Mac and cheese was overcooked but the sauce was good.
The sauce on the chicken was good but the size of the chicken was pretty small.
The steaks were undercooked which for me is great but others are the table prefer a medium well steak ( I say this one is the chef not wanting to ruin a good steak)
The salads were good, the mixed drinks were good.
Overall a pleasant experience. The food was just ok but the drinks and service were great.

Disappointed in the steak, it’s not as thick as I expected it to be for the price and it was cold.
I am also disappointed that I was in the restaurant with my family and a teenager was with his family and he shot me with a spitball from his straw. I complained about it and nothing was done about it. I am NEVER coming back to Applebee’s again !!!! Everything was a disappointment !!!!
Plus, the food is always too salty. I Do Not Recommend coming here, go to Fins Restaurant, Cardinal Restaurant especially on Fridays all you can eat buffet, Scotty’s Restaurant the food is served hot and you get your monies worth.
