Our server, Jadi, was so great! It was his birthday and he was working a double shift and was still so friendly and helpful during our entire meal. He even let me sub queso instead of spinach dip in my appetizer combo The drinks were great, the food was great, can’t complain. Classic Applebees experience!

5 star restaurant!! Everything about my visit here was awesome; the food, service and atmosphere. If you don’t know what to get, highly recommend the double crunch shrimp!! In particular our service was amazing. Mo was our waiter and he was one of the most friendly waiters I’ve ever had. He always had a smile on his face and made my families’ time here so much more enjoyable. Thanks Mo!!

We were greeted and seated by friendly Sheila. Our server April was top notch! She went over and above to offer excellent service. Food and drinks were very good. The new decor is enjoyable. Will definitely be back. Thanks for helping make a perfect birthday dinner date.

20250707 Stopped here to get my pup, Lola, a grilled chicken for dinner. There was nowhere nearby, that I could find, that has grilled chicken in their menu. While I was waiting in the Carryout Parking spot until it was time for me to go in to pick it up… to my surprise, a very nice young lady brought my food out to my car . It was totally unexpected, and she even greeted me with a smile. Something I rarely see in the DC area. It was refreshing! I cut up half the chicken for Lola, but she nibbled a little but was not interested. My other pup, Tilly, ste some. Both of them are very finicky. Hopefully, Lola will eat some later.

Came in for dinner ,our kids were fussy and hungry April came right over helped us got our drinks fast and plugged our kids food in made sure they got to us in a speedy manner.. kids were happy she sold us a perfect Margarita and even informed us we could have one to go,so of course we did needless to say April made our bot so good night turn into a good night in minutes. Ridiculous! We had a party of 5, our servers name was Jadi, and our experience wasn’t the best. When he dropped the drinks off to us, he didn’t take the order or say anything, he just dropped them off then walked away, not even a simple “I’ll be back with you guys”. We saw him walk off to his other table and he was smiling and laughing and joking around with them. He then took our order and all our food came out okay, after taking our order I asked for a water and he never brought it. When our food was brought out, a girl with pink hair and what looked like a Hispanic man with glasses brought us our food. The girl was nice, the Hispanic man brought our food and we tried to ask him for the water but he totally blew us off and walked away while we were talking to him, don’t know if he heard us or if he was just being rude. When our server Jadi checked on us I asked for the water, he gave me a look seeming like I was crazy and we had to re ask for extra plates. The broccoli and fries were delicious. On the other hand, my steak was okay. It was overcooked and just seemed like it had a rubbery look to it. I mean, I love steak. Whenever I go to Brann’s steakhouse or Chili’s or heck even the breakfast restaurant IHOP next door they always cook my steak perfect, don’t know what it was but it was a horrible experience. He saw that we had dirty plates and didn’t even pick them up. When I needed a refill on my drinks, he didn’t ask me, he just pointed at me assuming I would know why he was pointing! When we looked around we could see all the other servers smiling and joking around the with their guests! It sucks that we spent time as a family at a restaurant that didn’t seem to care we were even there! Don’t think we’ll be coming back any time soon. We don’t recommend.

This was the second time he’s served us and both times just wonderful.
The bourbon chicken was very good and the mashed potatoes were so good
The riblet basket was very good and the fries were hot ( I hate cold fries)
It is clean inside and all of the employees have smiles and hellos.
The manager came around the restaurant and asked if the food was good and everything was ok. ( Kind of rarely done in our experiences)
DEFINATELY returning and asking to be sat in Joshua’s area

I have not had one person come and talk to me for a car side pick up. It’s been 10 +minutes longer than what they told me. If I had proper communication, there would not be an issue. I really like coming here but with something like this happening makes me not want to. I’d rather go to another city and have their Applebee’s if the service is gonna be like this here at the Holland location.

Our entrees were great. Sides of broccoli were brown and withered. Drinks were 90% ice so they emptied quickly. Server was rarely to found so we went most the meal with no drink refills.
