Busy Friday evening but service was . Slightly crowded with seating arrangement but waiters did well navigating the space

Went to eat at Applebees this afternoon. We both ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad. Server brought our drinks. Then the salads arrived. They didn’t have much dressing on them so we requested some extra dressing. The server said she would get it for us. We waited. We waited quite a while. No dressing. The server did walk by and said she would bring the dressing. We waited. And we waited some more. No dressing. And we never did get it. And she never came back to the table to ask us about refills on our drinks. She did come back to the table to bring the bill. In the interim of our waiting she managed to wait on several other tables. But completely ignored us. Needless to say I did not leave a tip. I felt our request for extra dressing was quite a simple one. All that being said the server was polite. But I feel she needs to try and remember what the customers ask for and be a little more attentive to the patrons. We eat at this Applebees quite a bit and this is the first time we have had any issues. The food is always consistent. So no problem there.

So sad. The food portions were so damn small. I had to send back my loaded fries for $12. There was like 6 fries and waitress told me it was portion control from corporate. Then my meal came out and it was like a kids meal

Went there the other day with some family, our waitress was very sweet but two other waitresses who were bussing tables were rude and snotty. My father and his girlfriend are a lot older so they cant hear very well and since this apple bees is older and a lot smaller, there isn’t much room. These two ladies were walking behind him huffing and puffing, and without ever saying ‘excuse me’ or such to get his attention that they were behind him. When my father finally sat down they sped up, the really short waitress said “oh my goodness” as if she were sooo busy. I’ve worked in restaurants and other customer service jobs but this was insane work. What could have been a wonderful time was upsetting. Do better.

We won’t be coming back to Applebee’s. The food was not good at all. The ribs were dry and burnt. The steak was ordered medium rare and was burned on the outside and there was some pink inside but it was hard to chew. We ordered root beer and it was not good, I told the waitress and she said she switched the syrup and brought new root beers, they tasted the same. She did not charge us for any of the drinks we did not want. The service was good but the food was horrible.

Welcome the new drink to Sturgis Applebee’s “Heaven’s Delight’s” that was created tonight by Courtney the bar tender off of a random w video we presented to her with a drink we wanted to try. She created a perfect balance lemon sour, apple crown, Carmel, and now we have Heaven’s Delight. Along with the great service of our waitress,( I apologize I forgot you name if you see this please comment,and I will edit this review just for you) with our food and pleasant atmosphere, and again great service. Thank for tonight it was needed and appreciated.

This was seriously the best Applebees experience we have ever had! Angelina was friendly, prompt and attentive (oh and fun too!) We were seated immediately and our order taken super fast -even tho moderately busy. The food came quickly and was hot, well plated, and very tasty. Restaurant looked neat and well kept, and the restrooms were clean too.

Our waitress Leah H. Was very kind and service was prompt. Ordered the pickle fries, the portions were abysmal and the first order came out with broken chunks. Leah was great as she thought they looked a little light too. The hostess staff and servers were all just standing around near the front spilling tea loudly and was a giant turn off. Hardly a greeting and just looked unpleasant that we had walked in. Leah saved this from being a poorer review.

I ordered bbq wings and fries and both arrived cold, and the fries were stale also. The server never came around except when it was time to pay the bill. There were only 8 other tables being used in the whole restaurant so they werent busy.
