Used to go here pretty frequently. Ordered the Garlic parmesan Shrimp sirloin, and my husband the Bourbon street steak. Food came out potatoes and broccoli were fine. Both of us ordered medium rare steaks, but I started to cut into mine and it had the weirdest texture. This steak was completely grey throughout, and it was rubbery/spongey.. and definitely not medium rare. I politely told the waitress that it was overcooked and she offered to have it remade. I waited and as this happened my husband cut his and his was very well done.. but he chose to just go with it as it did not have the concerning texture mine did. My second steak came out and I cut into this one. Again completely grey through, well done and I could barely get the knife through. The waitress offered an additional remake, but I denied and just chose to not eat the steak. They gave me 20% off the meal, but it was @ $22.00 meal which I ended up getting the potatoes and broccoli. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend going for steaks, maybe drinks and appetizers.

Received a gift card for here and decided to give it a try after a few years of not going due to poor food and service. It was definitely a change! We had Matt as our server and couldn’t have been more happy with that! He was absolutely amazing! Food on the other hand…. AWFUL! We ordered a 12 oz steak and an 8 oz steak. Both medium rare. They were both overcooked on one side to the point we couldn’t even cut it. Extremely chewy and just all around completely ruined our appetite. This has been an on going issue that I don’t believe Applebee’s wants to fix or they would get better cooks. Thank you Matt for doing everything you could for us and trying to help us enjoy our time! The ONLY reason we would go back is to sit in his section and have some drinks

The food was not the best to say the least. I ordered a steak, well done, well it wasn’t well done, and it wasn’t the steak I ordered, and the steak and potatoes were cold. Our waiter took it back to warm it up, and in the process the bottom of the potatoes got burnt. Oh, and when our meals came, I had to ask where our appetizer was. The manager was very nice and adjusted our bill and got me new potatoes. The people sitting behind me were there for a long time and only got their appetizer, so yet another person had to have their bill adjusted.

Don’t go in much, we usually get takeout, the food has been reasonably good lately, but the service is what really stands out to us, we’ve gotten the same young lady the last few times and everytime I have an issue or request she is absolutely the most accommodating of anyone I’ve dealt with before. I asked her name twice now and I think I got it right, Braily? I hope that’s right! She’s a star, we love to see her when we stop by, she’s always so bubbly and fun and nice, it’s a breath of fresh air compared to most of the service industry these days. I feel like she deserves the recognition here. Will be back!

First we sat by a window and froze because the cold air coming through the crack. Then we ordered 8 oz steaks and they came out and were maybe 5 oz of that. Then one of our steaks was ordered well, came out literally rubbery and so chewy it was not edible. Of course it was ordered well and still came out bloody in the middle . Then the manager said she’d correct our bill because I ate mate four bites of the tiny steak, but of course it didn’t reflect any change and it wasn’t itemized either so I couldn’t refute it. This is the third time they have made the food not edible for my family and I absolutely refuse to go back here. They need different cooks and better quality and standards.

Our server was Lonnie and he was awesome.
The food however was not awesome. Wasn’t even kind of good. It was flat out horrible. Appetizers were sent out cold. And I mean cold. We got the queso dip and cheese sticks. The dip was so cold we sent it back. Came back in 45 seconds so hot from the microwave it was not edible. Ordered food next. As you can see from the pictures it was horrible. Burgers and buns that were obviously pre made hours ago. Topped with cheese and mushrooms and nuked until molten lava stage then sent out with cold fries. The Mac and cheese was so dry… like 3 day old refrigerator dry and also cold with cold fries. We will never come back to this location again and possibly never go to another Applebees again. Honestly though it seems to be a thing around here. Subpar food everywhere you go. The kitchen staff should be fired actually. Yes it was that bad. Maybe they ran out of meth?
