I had such a great experience thanks to my server, Britney A! From the moment I was seated, she was warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She made sure my order was perfect, kept my drinks full, and checked in at just the right times. Her energy and professionalism made my visit so enjoyable, and it really stood out compared to other dining experiences I’ve had. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Britney every time!

I had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp and it was amazing. The chicken was cooked to perfection and great flavor and the shrimp was amazing too. I love red skin mashed potatoes myself and these were so good. I’ll definitely be eating that again. Britney was my server and she did fantastic. Thank you, Britney, for your excellent service.

Went in with some friends and the place was pretty slow and empty. I ordered the chicken and pasta with a water. It took a while for the food to come out but the server was really kind. When the food came out it was really bad. The pasta was ripping apart and stuck together at the same time. The chicken was tough and not good. On top of that it was cold in the middle like they microwaved it or something. I won’t be returning there especially because it was over priced for bad food

Have been there 3 times this past year. They really have improved everything. Unfortunately the last time I went I had a big party with me and service slacked. It was when they opened and then a lot of people came in and filled the restaurant so you could tell our waitress was overwhelmed and was a little rude. I won’t say her name but I walked past her once going to the restroom and she had said she was sick and she sounded like it. I was a bit grossed out she was handling our food and we had a lot of kids with us. But overall I will keep returning because the day manager there is a very nice man and always touches tables and I can tell they care about the quality front and back of the house.

Our food took over 40 mins to come to the table. When it arrived it was barely warm. Our server didn’t check on us but 1 after he took our order. The nacho meet was OLD & the breadsticks was Hard as the table we wete eating on. The manager was nonchalant about it. I will never eat @ this location again! My dinner companions have vowed not to return either

We stopped in at around 10:30ish(pm) , it was pretty well empty, and was seated right away and where we asked to be , the hostess was pleasant. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. The wonton tacos were excellent, our meal was pretty good we had Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with four cheese applewood bacon mac and cheese we also got, Bourbon Street steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions with garlic potatoes. Everything was great except the steak was very undercooked and my strawberry coconut margarita was very watered down and you could only taste the lime, We sent the steak back and they had already turned off their broiler and turned it back on for the steak to cook a while longer. But the state came back still undercooked, we told the waitress it was fine and we would finish cooking it at home. And that was fine with us since we came in so late to closing. Even the manager on duty was very pleasant.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Found a bunch of dead cockroaches in the windows. Tables are always sticky or greasy. Good takes forever and it’s cold by the time it gets to the table. Sometimes they’ll even charge you twice.
