I had the most wonderful dining experience at Applebee’s, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Penny! From the moment I walked in, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that truly satisfied my taste buds. Throughout the meal, Penny ensured that everything was just perfect, checking in on us without being intrusive. Her genuine care for our dining experience truly shone through. With Penny as our server, it was clear that customer satisfaction was her top priority. I left Applebee’s with a smile on my face, grateful for the fantastic meal and the outstanding service that Penny delivered. We met at the Monroe Applebee’s for a Birthday Celebration, the staff was very accommodating. They say our 8 person party very swiftly, we had EXCELLENT SERVICE, and the food was delivered quite quick and hot and was tasting quite delish. In fact, shout out to the cooks, perfect cook on my husband’s steak perfect med rare! NICE JOB GUYS! It was an enjoyable time, our server was awesome with refills and got my daughter her birthday shooter at which point we started singing Happy Birthday and other tables joined in and it was a full on sing along. Great night!

I went to Applebees and was absolutely 100% completely happy with everything from the bartender, to my server Lane. Also her general manager who is doing a great job. The place is clean and the food was delicious and I had a doggie bag to take home. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I would definitely recommend this place.

They cut off “Mr. Topshelf” after the bartender was joking about needing a drink after work. bartender was unattentive when I was the only one at the bar. Out of the almost 100 applebees I’ve been too this is the first time I’ve ever been cut; only got my usual.. Also the bartender had to take my ID to a manager because it was an “out of state ID” did the same with my debit card because the bartender was logged in to multiple POS registers.. kinda sketchy if you ask me. disappointed, do better, lowest tip I’ve ever given @14%.

My table and I were elated to have Penny as our waitress. She was very catering to our needs and had an upbeat demeanor. She repeatedly stopped by the table and asked if we needed anything. She’s friendly and so is the entire staff here. Great spot for lunch.

i have had a consistently bad time every time i’ve came here. slow service no matter how many people are there, waiters who have made me uncomfortable, terrible food. last time i can here my burger was completely dry, while another person’s burger was completely covered in grease. there’s plenty other restaurants nearby that are much better

Last time I ate here it wasn’t that great….and everyone’s heard stories about microwaves being used like crazy at Applebee’s all over the place so I was nervous about ever going back. A friend of mine had a gift card so we ordered the 2 for $25 deal. 2 Entrees and 1 appetizer. We each got a cheeseburger with fries and shared an order of mozzarella sticks. I think we definitely got our money’s worth! The burger was cooked perfectly, my only problem was they gave us ketchup and mustard but no mayo! It was still delicious! The mozz sticks and fries were nice and fresh..I like the seasoning on the fries.
