The service here is phenomenal. Our server, Ila would catch a grenade for anybody she serves. The dedication this woman has is unmatched- I’m convinced she would ‘take care of’ my opps for me if they pulled up. If there was an active threat in a grocery store and she was grocery shopping at the same time as me I thoroughly believe she would shield me from any harm. If there was a missile targeting the United States, Ila would deflect it with her own two hands. Thank you for you hard work and effort Ila. Loved the food.

This was hands down the best Applebee’s I’ve eaten at in a long time! Everything was fresh, hot, and came out quickly. You can really tell the team cares about the quality and the experience.
Our server was absolutely awesome and made the whole visit feel personal and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had such a great attitude the entire time. I’m so disappointed I can’t remember her name because she definitely deserves a shoutout — she was wearing the coolest dagger earrings, and that’s what I’ll remember her by! If management sees this, I hope you know exactly who I’m talking about because she’s a gem.
We’ll definitely be back soon. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service!

I had an amazing experience at Appleebee’s, all thanks to our wonderful server Brittany. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish! Our drinks were always full, the food came out hot exactly how it was ordered-which i appreciate so much! Her positive attitude really made the night extra enjoyable. Hands down some of the best service I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back. Thank you a million times over Brittany you are the absolute best. Applebee’s is lucky to have you.

A group of us have been into Applebees in Ft. Gratiot a couple of times and our server Brittany D has been absolutely phenomenal! Everything about our dining experience was amazing! We did not have to wait for our food and drink as everything was brought very quickly. I also have to give her praise for the patience she had with all of us when ordering since there was so many of us. From here on out, Brittany will always be our server.

I didnt realize asking for a different booth in the corner was going to cause the hostess and waitress to act the way they did. I had my 7 yr old with me. Just trying to keep her away from the bar area. They gave nothing but dirty looks and rude w.e she did say anything. Drinks were disgusting!!! order frozen but it definitely wasnt when she gave it to me. We left before we ate. We will never come back. Service is trash…. employees are spiteful….
