Stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! I tried the Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne and it was delicious really flavorful and hit the spot.
​The best part was that there was no wait at all during the lunch rush. The restaurant was notably clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. Definitely a solid spot for a quick and tasty midday meal!

As always, my Chicken Oriental Salad was great! My daughter loved the rack of ribs. But the best part of our visit was James. He was outstanding! He was professional, polite and even had a sense of humor. He made sure to check on us often and really made our meal better. He will definitely be our preferred server! 10 stars for James.

Let’s just start out with the place was almost empty when I came in. Order some wings and a burger. Wings came out cold . Like they were sitting in back under light for ever. Then my waitress pulled a Houdini and I never seen her again. The manager brought out my main course, dropped it off, seen that I had put my cup that was empty to the end of the table, and she walked off without asking if I needed something to drink. Well, grabbing a few french fries that were also cold. I bit into my burger that was raw took over 10 minutes before somebody asked if there was a problem. I asked to speak to a manager. would never recommend this place

Went a bit early to avoid the crowds. Food was amazing! Been waiting to try the big easy alfredo. Should’ve went sooner, so i can go back and get it again. Tipsy leprechaun was perfect. Can’t say enough about Malecki (sp?) Super nice and friendly. He was efficient and made my dinner enjoyable. I will definitely be back, I’ll need to remember what day so I make sure it’s when he is working.

We were there about 6:30 in the 4th. Have no clue what the actual problem was with kitchen but everyone should have been let go. Three tables within our area complained THEN our order came out – we did the cheesy cheeseburger with soup and fries. It took over an hour after we ordered to come to table – only to be stone cold. We barely were able to tolerate half the cheeseburger before leaving. Had to beg for a second glass of water – told the waitress that we had heard about all the complaints, then came our issues. The greeter spent more time in a booth playing with his child and lady – not watching or being upfront and the female manager was totally oblivious as to how to manage or correct what was happening. CORPORATE HAD BETTER GET A CLUE AND MAKE DRASTIC CHANGES or this place will be closing for good. Wasn’t impressed.

7:15pm Saturday night. Not busy, no wait to be seated. Host said they had just gotten through a ‘rush’ & things had calmed down. I was seated once he wiped the table. I waited for 10 minutes & saw no one. Not one person stopped at the table. It is hard enough to go out to dinner on my own when hubby is out of town, add being ignored for 10 minutes (while hungry!), and my night was shot. I was angry. I left my open menu on the table and walked out. Not an employee to be seen on my way out. Can’t say I’ll be giving them another chance. We stopped going when service got slow years ago and I decided to try again…sorry, Applebees, this location is not up to par. Can’t give zero stars & leave a review…and that’s what tonight deserved.

We were the table mentioned in the earlier review that received silverware (thank you, Melanie). Unfortunately, last night was the worst dining experience we have ever had.

It took an extremely long time just to place our order, and we waited well over an hour and a half with very little communication. Because of the delay, my husband and son had to leave before our food arrived so they could make it to my son’s Christmas program.

When food finally began coming out, one member of our party was brought the wrong meal. There was no time to wait for it to be remade, so she did not get to eat at all. Only my daughter and my dad were able to eat. Another table even gave us their silverware after seeing how frustrated we were.

At no point did anyone apologize for the service or acknowledge the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expect when dining out, especially during such a busy and important time for families. What a waste of over $100. We are beyond frustrated and done at this point.

We arrived at the restaurant and there were four of us. When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee who welcomes customers, and she said they were cleaning the tables. We sat down to wait for about five minutes, and then they took us to a table. We waited for the waitress to attend us. I didn’t measure the exact time it took her to come or the time it took to bring the drinks, but the waitress took at most about seven minutes to come.
Then I ordered a Sprite, my mother ordered a peach tea, my father ordered a Mountain Dew, and my uncle ordered a Pepsi. The drinks took about seven minutes to be brought. I did measure well the time it took to bring the rest of the food. We ordered some chicken wings, a whiskey cheeseburger, chicken lime fiesta chicken and beans, and penne pasta with chicken. All of this took 30 minutes to be brought to us, and all the food and drinks cost us $80.
While we were eating, we saw other people who arrived after us and were served very quickly. I don’t know if it’s because they had a reservation, but in this restaurant reservations are not allowed, so I think this could be an act of inequality or racism. However, the waitress treated us well; it just seems to me that they took a long time to bring everything.
I liked that when we entered, the restaurant was warm, and the waiters did not speak to us badly. What I didn’t like was that when we ordered the sodas, the waitress didn’t come from time to time to ask if we needed anything else or if we wanted more soda or a refill.
Something I forgot to mention, which is not very important but I would like to say, is that at the beginning we told her that we needed two or three minutes to decide, but when we were ready, the waitress didn’t attend us, and more time passed than what we told her. About ten minutes passed until she finally attended us. The pasta we ordered was a little dry and not very good quality, and the service was not very good.
