Wanted the O-M-Cheese Burger, but they were out of queso cheese. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Tender Salad and Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo, both came out without the breadstick. After asking about it we were informed the morning shift had not prepared any. Did not see a manager on the floor until we were getting up to leave. No apologies or discount. The food we did receive was good. Have at least two more trips to the Sandusky area over the next two weeks. Unfortunately we will not be stopping at the Applebee’s there. Which is sad because it is one of our favorite restaurants.

We placed a large order (over $150) for delivery with several custom modifications to accommodate a vegetarian diet, and Applebee’s absolutely nailed it.
Everything was fresh, carefully prepared, and exactly as requested. No missed details, no mix-ups, and every modification was followed perfectly, which is honestly rare with a complex order. You could tell real care went into making sure it was right.
Excellent job all around: reliable, accurate, and delicious. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the family dinner after coming back from a 4 week deployment. Ordered from mobile app Friday evening to be ready for pick up card side at 7am.
By 8:05 and still no word and zero picking up the phone inside, a random young lady came out to her car to get something and states who are you waiting for. Stated my name and she walked in.
15 minutes later she brings out food. I tipped wel, I was not rude to her. I took the food home and we were missing the two Caesar salads and 2 of the 4 steaks were cold as ice while the other two, thankfully the kids, were warm and accurate.
Something better could have been done with communication to those waiting for food. Some type of acknowledgment then a terrible order for 80 some dollars. That was quite sad . How do you have two cold dinners and two scalding hot dinners. Then knowing 2/25 deals you’d have a total of 3 container for apps. The two salads and boneless nuggets. I tried calling repeatedly to attempt to resolve privately. But here we are

I am very disappointed with this location. Our waitress had an attitude during ordering our drinks and food. We all ordered including one of us ordered the full slab of ribs. No drink refill options until half our food came out.
The full slab of ribs never came. After everyone was done eating the option of receiving free riblets came. The manager was no help in speeding up the process to receiving the riblets, instead it took over 20 minutes from then. Our guest had to leave without being full.
Beware…..we also had a game charge on our bill. They took it off after inquiring.

Desyre at sandusky store was so amazing she is a really good waitress. Took our order didn’t right anything down and got our order right was very friendly sweet and always smiled. Brought us drinks without even asking for it. She made our time out very enjoyable. We need more people in this world like her. Thank you,

Positive experience, I haven’t been to an Applebee’s for years. We were greeted and seated quickly. Place was very busy, so the food took some time to get to us. The server was excellent. He checked on us often. The food was great. Overall very positive experience for a very busy location.

I have been dying to try the burger served on a plate of cheese, and let me say it was worth it! Super good! I took one star away soley because their busy and it took a bit longer to get my appitizer. I was starving however, My server was AMAZEBALLLS, goofy happy very speedy, clearly needs a raise! Her name is Amanda! Ask for her amazing service!

I loved the restaurant, nice atmosphere and staff. But it took 32 mins for us to get our food. My salmon came over cooked and they served me the wrong sides but still charged me extra for the ones I wanted. I don’t often complain about restaurants but for waiting a half hour for over cooked slop made by inexperienced cooks isn’t acceptable. If you’re going to order a burger or some fried food you might have a better experience. But for anything else, good luck.
