Visited this location for an earlier dinner. My waitress was very polite and took my order quickly. Ordered the shrimp N’ Parmesan sirloin with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese.The shrimp was good. The mashed potatoes were good, the Mac and cheese was bland with very little cheese and no taste. Not sure why Mac and cheese was an upcharge but I ate since I didn’t eat all day. The steak had a odd taste and reminded me of playdough. I had like 3 bites and just couldn’t eat it. I never send food back or ask for a discount, however what’s the point of the manager going from table to table asking how the food was if they aren’t going to do anything if there is an issue. I was waiting on the waitress to bring my check when the manager stopped by. I ate everything except the steak and that was very clear when she looked at my plate. When I told the manager there was something wrong with the steak, that it had an odd taste and texture, that something wasn’t right, she said it was because I ordered it rare. No, thats how I always order it and eat it at home. There was something wrong with it. She said okay, I let the cook know and walked away. I didn’t ask for a discount but when you can clearly see I didn’t eat any of it, maybe take $5 off or something. But why ask if everything was okay if your not going to do anything when its not and then tell the customer its the way they ordered it.

I ordered a medium rare steak with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Upon cutting into my steak, I noticed it was quite rare and rather rubbery in texture.” Dreadful”, as Gordon Ramsey would say. I then moved on to my broccoli which was pretty good until I went to take my next to last bite. Lying beside the broccoli, was a nauseating sight. Upon further inspection, I saw the legs of this specimen and instantly felt the urge to start retching like a cat about to cough up a hair ball. I kept my composure and gently pushed away my plate. When the waitress finally came over to check on us, we asked her what she thought it was and she said she didn’t know but would notify the manager. The manager then comes out and tries to gaslight me into believing that the worm was a piece of gristle from the steak. I said “no, that was in my broccoli “ and I showed him the picture zoomed in of the crusty little legs. He proceeds to say “I’m no scientist so I can’t say for sure but I cut into it and it looked and felt like gristle.” Even my 6 year old said “that’s a caterpillar!! Should I tell him?!” They did comp our entire bill but I will never be going back. God doesn’t like liars. Luckily He still forgives Anyways I highly recommend just being honest and acknowledge when something is wrong instead of trying to act like it isn’t. If the manager would have just said “you know what, that’s a gosh darn worm in your broccoli, m’aam I am so sorry.” I wouldn’t be writing this review right now.

DONT USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD HERE!!!! Everything seemed fine while a friend and I went here a few days ago food was tasty, service was good etc except I wake up this past Tuesday February 10th and saw that I got a text message about debit card fraud from my bank from someone trying to purchase $50 worth of Wingstop at 3 am that morning!! I’m almost positive that it had to be the waitress my friend and I had because she was the last person to have ahold of my card. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she was young probably early to mid 20s, brown hair, and average build. I now have to wait a week for a new debit card and most likely won’t return to the Niles location since some staff thinks it’s okay to try and steal from customers. Another friend of mine apparently knows a manager and said he’ll talk to them and have them get ahold of me which they never did so I assume management doesn’t care either.

First off I want to say, they weren’t busy. The food was absolutely horrible. The food was cold. The cheese inside the cheese sticks wasn’t even melted. The fish was overly greasy and cold. When going to a restaurant I expect hot food and comfortable seating. The food was horrible and so was the seating. I don’t know who is responsible for keeping the floors swept and in order, but whoever is assigned that task needs to get it done. This place wasn’t even busy so the workers had plenty of time to clean. No excuses for any of it. Our server was the only thing good with our experience eating here. However, we won’t be back due to gross cold food, uncomfortable seating, and lack of cleaning.

First time coming to this location. Came and there were people lined up out the door, so we ordered online and came back. It said the order was supposed to be done at 5:52. Came back and my husband waited in there for 30 minutes to get our food. Empty tables everywhere and they were not busy anymore. He said they barely acknowledged him when he went in. Finally got our food, it was literally cold. So it probably sat there for those 30 minutes and the workers were just too lazy to get it. Ordered BBQ wings and they gave me buffalo. Also did not give silverware so luckily we had a box of silverware leftover from a recent party in our vehicle or else my husband wouldn’t of even been able to eat his meal (we were 30 minutes from home). I was really looking forward to eating here. First time out in months and I’m 7 months pregnant. Ate my meal (the new ultimate trio) minus the buffalo wings and was left starving since they messed up the wings.

Went here to eat with my family while visiting OH. I was incredibly surprised at how well everything went. Our server, Angel was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and professional. Kept our drinks filled and gave us amazing recommendations. She knew what we needed before we did which is hard to come by these days. Anytime I come back I will ask for her specifically. Going to restaurants for good food is important but it’s the service that makes it memorable which is exactly what she did.

Soon as we sat down my friend looks at the silverware always there’s was a dirty knife do we asked and told the waitress for a new one and she said the spot were from the sanitation water. Got our appetizer promptly but then sat for 15 minutes before our actual order was taken. Then it took 45 min to get our food after we ordered. Food was ok nothing to go back for though!

The server was AWESOME! We got there late and they were close to closing but the server was very courteous, friendly, he didn’t rush us and he checked back to make sure everything was good. We had BBQ boneless wings that had a lot of sauce on them, perfect, the chicken broccoli Alfredo which my son said was a bit dry and the server brought him more sauce which was just what it needed, very tasty, Fiesta lime chicken and quesadilla appetizer Great job.

The service was horrible- it took 30 minutes to get drinks and it took even longer to get our food served to us. They sat us at a table in a corner and barely came over to us. When we first walked in we waited at the door for 10 minutes while the waitresses just started at us. We decided to sit ourselves at a booth and then were told to move because we sat ourselves. When we complained about the wait we were ignored. Miserable service.

First we waited quite a while for someone to come and seat us. Our waitress had a trainee and never checked on us. My son wanted a refill we had to ask another waitress. Same with me needing a knife. Why just a fork? I asked for a manager never showed up. Is was not busy no excuses please!
