Ordered the signature dish and pasta was almost frozen. No kidding if I had a thermometer it would been 40° or less. This is my last time coming to Applebee’s. I am totally done.

We were there at 5:50pm wanted to get 1/2 off app but the server didn’t get to us until after 6pm and the deal ends at 6pm so we couldn’t get them. But we ordered mozz sticks and when they got to the table we had no mozzarella sauce and we waited for the server to come back with our sauce. By time she got back. Her mozzarella sticks were cold. Had to have them remake it and when we did give them mozzarella sauce it would stick and didn’t taste right. And I ordered the bourbon Street mushroom burger. When it came out the edges in the bottom of the burger was burnt. Had to send it back. Not very happy with this place. Usually it’s good service. Good food but not on Thursday April 10th. Might not even go back to that one and my fries that came with my burger was so over salted. My wife got the clucking chicken and it was dry

We ordered the ultimate trio and I got double riblets with an s,that implies more than one. So shouldn’t a double order have a minimum of 4? The pickle fries were a big clump of uncooked dough. Now I remember why we don’t come here often.

The staff was really nice and quick, however the portion sizes for the amount we paid and the fact that they forgot our appetizer during pickup was a big let down, not even worth the gas to drive and get it. Genuinely not a complain against this restaurant itself, but the company overall. Very disappointing.

Definitely do not recommend this location.. Waited 45 minutes for our food.. 15 minutes for our drinks (Water). All I ordered was Chicken Quesadilla, during their happy hour. It was the slowest I’ve seen this Applebee’s on a Saturday night.. But everything took forever.. there was only 3 tables on our side, and 1 table was already eating.. so not sure why it took so long for chicken quesadilla.. not to mention, it looked like a 3 year old put them together and tossed them on the plate. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at this location.. I won’t be back, not that one person not coming back is going to make them or break them.

Didn’t eat in thought it would be a little bit more expensive which that’s fine but the food as per usual from this specific Applebee’s that I’ve gone to is nothing short of perfect my Wonton Tacos were perfect my crispy shrimp Was Juicy my garlic boneless chicken wings where immaculate the only thing that I fear was a issue regarding the food was the bacon for the bacon burger. Apparently according to my younger brother it was a little overcooked he did eat some of it but he didn’t eat all of it otherwise the burger was perfect the cheese was beautifully melted his fries were amazing it was just the bacon wasn’t 100% it was at most maybe 95% which is still pretty good

Apparently when ordering the ribeye it’s supposed to be half fat. That’s new to me. When your being charged nearly 30 dollars for a steak you kinda don’t except your steak curled up. If anyone understands steaks and quality you no exactly what I mean. The server was good. Quality was good. Just really disappointed with the steak. I understand you order a steak go to a steak restaurant, however there was a time when Applebee’s was a decent food place.

Our family of 4 went at around 4:30, before their dinner rush had even began. This was the absolute worst service we’ve received from this location. Our visit started off somewhat questionable when our server disappeared for 10 minutes to get our drinks, only to come back with over powering perfume. (I can only assume she’d gone out for a smoke break)
Someone who works there was there dining on their off time and 6/8 servers/runners were too busy talking and sitting with their friend. Our waitress got one of our orders wrong. When I told the food runner she took the blame and said she must have read the order wrong. (Okay no biggie, but she didn’t fix the order) Our waitress never came to check on us until we were finished eating. At that point, I said I would like some boxes and let her know they had made a mistake on the order. She rushed to get us the proper side, but then later tonight, I noticed that they had charged us for their mess up! We will not be returning. In this economy, we should have received great service for the $82 we spent! I understand this isn’t fine dining, but the service we received was definitely not that of a proper sit down restaurant either!

We went in around 5:30pm on a recent Saturday night.(2 weeks ago). We received our side salad and drinks but had not received our entree after 40 plus minutes. During this time we watched every other person in the restaurant get their entree. The kitchen even made a second entree for an angry “karen” sitting near us. The staff spent an large amount of time trying to make her happy, she actually ate all of her first entree. We asked our server at the 45 minute mark about our meals and she said they were “just now” going to do our food. We ended up leaving. What a huge disappointment in service.
