I have had several different encounters. Had dinner with my fie, daughter and friends. Food was very good but it was hard to find waitress for coffee refill, etc. Second time was with a group of 10 people on a Sunday after church. Took a while to get seated but waiter/waitress were excellent Manager came round and asked if all was good. Felt well cared for. Third time was lunch alone. Had an excellent burger w/ fries and drink. Waitress Anna was amazing.

Don’t like to give a bad review but when it’s needed.
Waitress came and was super happy until she found out we didn’t drink alcohol then we got poor service.
Chips were covered in grease, artichoke dip was cold. My burger was cold in the center, had a massive chunk of soggy lettuce that you could have made a 1/2 salad from, my wife’s breadstick was so burnt it could have broke a window.

Waitress was over loaded with tables. She didn’t realize she had another table for at least 15 minutes. Brought thd check out and didn’t know we didn’t have our meal. I know it wasn’t her fault. Applebee’s need to work on helping clearing the tables and better on observation of the customers needs.

I was there twice this week (bar). Food was great (bourbon stake and bourbon chicken with shrimps).
Friendly service at the bar and good price
Only opportunity I saw was restrooms; clean but no soap in the auto dispenser, little bit old. But just minor things.

What a disappointing experience last night. We waited a solid 20 minutes maybe more after being seated to be acknowledge by anyone despite multiple employees walking past us numerous times. The hostess then tried to help by getting our drinks but that too tok another 20 minutes to get the drinks. The food took forever upwards of an hour for a simple steak. It was served luke warm and after having to ask them to please check on our order. Worst service we have had in a very long time. Seems to be very unorganized. We will not be back.

So many choices and a great price. We had a appetizer and a selected dinner for 2 for $25.00. You have to admit that’s a great deal. Service was great and meal was served hot. Thanks Applebee’s for a great evening.

It was a take out order. I was there a half hour longer than the time that they said it would be ready. Didn’t look busy by the cars but it was a take out so I didn’t actually go inside. I just got a person delivering to the car that had pulled in next to me.

Got the beer cheese and breadsticks like I always do, bar is always nice and clean fast service. The wonton tacos are always a big favorite of mine, had a manager short lady named Lisa helping me out today. She was kind to correct the drink mishap.

Came into applebees in streetsboro and had an amazing experience. My server Bray was amazing she was very personable,friendly, funny, sweet and attentive not to mention pretty. She got our food and drinks fast and the food was amazing. I can not wait to come back and have Bray as my server. I recommend Bray if you are ever in the neighborhood. The bartender Mark made amazing drinks. Over all the best dining experience I have ever had. Good job and keep up the work.

We tried, but it was not in the cards apparently. Sat at bar, sat for a good ten minutes. Another customer had to tell the bar tender we were there. We ordered our food (we went to the hostess stand to get a menu). The bartender entered it and then was told by a customer there was another customer waiting for service (they were there about 5 minutes). They ordered two beers which apparently trumped our 2 waters and a beer as the bartender went over poured their two drafts and delivered them then started chit chatting with another customer. We flagged her down and cancelled our order and left. On the way out I made a comment about how bad the service was and someone who appeared to be a manager (certainly heard my comment) turned and walked in the other direction. We got back in the car and drove across the street and had a great experience with Rockne’s. Sorry Applebees, you are on the wrong list
