Kind of a quiet lunch at Applebee’s probably only about 6 tables being used. Met quickly and seated, our order was taken promptly. Food was prepared hot and fresh for us. All three of us enjoyed our meals. We’ll definitely visit again when in the area.

Everything was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic, perfect!!! Excellent price, nice atmosphere; but the service was terrible, very terrible. However, I think it’s the manager’s fault, since those poor girls seemed unmotivated, as if they were forced to be there.

Took forever to get my food. Brought out the to go orders before the meals. Asked for 3 drinks and didn’t have them .asked for an appetizer they didn’t have them. My food came out cold so they did make me a new one and comped my meal which was nice. But we there 2 1/2 hours in total. The waitress was very nice and overworked. It’s definitely not her fault.

Me and my family dined in today we were not thinking that the service would be so bad. A young lady was are waiter and she was nice forgot some things but was nice over all. All though we did not like on how she forgot our appetizer and said we did not order it when we clearly did she even asked us if we want it first. We waited a long time for our food that was unpleasant. The food finally arrived and I had ordered chicken and shrimp with some smashed potatoes, OMG when I say the chicken tasted like cleaning products. I literally was not able to eat that,150 dollars waisted. Hair was on my brother and my sisters food. We got a table that was broken literally almost fell on us. The waiter asked us if we were going to pay for the refill on drinks like we ain’t have money. Am sorry but it was to awful of a service to leave any tip. I honestly will not be returning due to the horrible service we received today.

If you’re looking for a chill vibe with great late night service right off I 77 in Independence, Ohio, and of coarse good food this is the spot!
Their staff is friendly and helpful. While the bartender was taking care of another customer, another server Cassie, happily took my order and she was at the end of her shift rolling silverware. I really appreciated this.

Great atmosphere and excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the manager Steve was amazing—very attentive and professional. He really made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely a great experience. Will be back!

Their impossible burger is definitely worth a try. Management I do enjoy, but the staff can work on addressing pick up orders. Allowing paid customers to wait without any acknowledgement for an extensive amount of minutes isnt acceptable.

I placed an order on DoorDash waited for over 2 hours for them to not be done with my order. So I called 3to 5 times to see what was taking so long everytime I got through they would just hang up the phone. Very unprofessional if you are busy at least say something! I spend too much money there. I’m highly upset. You need a whole new staff because ain’t no way.

Absolutely the worse location of Applebees. Even worse than the Steelyard! Ordered lunch via UberEats, waited over an hour for my food to be delivered, the order kept being delayed so I called the restaurant and found out that the restaurant gave my food to someone else. At this point, my work day is almost over and there’s no point to reorder it from a negligent store so I told them to cancel the order on their end so that I’m not charged. The person at the restaurant gave me some run around story and never issued an order cancelation. I had to repeatedly call this location, kept being put on hold, ignored, and hung up on until the team FINALLY issued the ACTUAL cancelation. Mind you, th whole time this is happening, UberEats app kept assigning drivers that wasted their time going to the location because the order was never canceled or processed! Horrible service, I would never go there
