Autumn delivered a level of service that went well beyond what’s expected at a casual dining restaurant. She was attentive without hovering, clearly knowledgeable about the menu, and handled timing perfectly from drinks to entrées. Orders were accurate, requests were handled immediately, and nothing ever felt rushed or neglected. What stood out most was her professionalism—calm, efficient, and genuinely focused on doing the job well. Service like that elevates the entire experience, and Autumn did exactly that.

Worst dinning experience I’ve ever had. Server had no idea of what service meant. Bought the wrong appetizer and didn’t offer to make it right. We had to ask for silver and napkins. The 5 meals were brought out at different times. One person in our party was finished eating when the 5th person was finally served. 2 O M burgers were stuck to the platter in what used to be cheese. Had to ask for refills on water. Again, server never bothered to see how we were. Finally had to stand in aisle to get the servers attention so we could get the check. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

I decided to stop by here for a quick bite to eat during lunch time. I was also craving that famous spinach artichoke dip, so of course that was my starter. As always, the dip has the perfect cheese to spinach ratio and was cooked to perfection! I also ordered the chicken Alfredo without broccoli and an extra side of sauce. The chicken was grilled and seasoned perfectly and the noodles were cooked perfectly as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my waitress, Jack, was super lively, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience very pleasant and I appreciate her for doing so.
Applebee’s has always been a comfort food staple for me and I’m glad to see it’s still going strong! I enjoyed my visit and hope to return soon!

Our server was amazing he did a really good job. The food was horrible The mottzerella sticks tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, the Mashed potatoes were worse than instant mash and one of the steaks was dry and well done, the other steak was so chewy and we could barely cut through it we both asked for medium rare… The pictures are what we left at the table was so bad we didn’t even want to take it home $40 wasted. The broccoli was bomb tho.

Food was good, but the service was bad, our server forgot to put our son’s order in, so we had to wait to eat and give our son the appetizer since his food had not arrived when ours did, i ordered all of our meals at the same time, 15mins later his food came, after his dad called server over asking about our son’s order, then we ordered boneless wings to go, he even forgot to put that order in, 1 and done, not returning to this location. Only gave 2 stars, because time to be seated was under 10mins

Went out for a friends 21st birthday. literally her first legal drink. The restaurant was dead. We ordered the drinks first thing. Then we ordered apps. We got all our non alcoholic drinks which was fine. We got and ate our apps and still no drinks. We were pretty annoyed because the whole point we went was to get her that first drink every 21 year old wants. And literally all decided we were going to just tell them to take it off so we could leave because we were sick of waiting. Our server who was pretty cool in the beginning never came back to our table after we got the apps. Finally a drink runner came with our drinks and we told her we just wanted to leave and get the drinks taken off. The manager came up to the table and told us about how it was Veterans Day(it was) and how they are trying to get their lives together but again. The restaurant was dead. Honestly pretty terrible experience will stick to the strongsville Applebees next time.
