Visited on Valentine’s Day between the lunch & dinner rush, so it wasn’t very busy yet. Our food came out luke warm & our waiter wasn’t as attentive as he should have been with checking on how are food was or making sure our drinks were refilled once empty. For it being a holiday, the vibe was all wrong & completely off.

Food and service was good. They just opened at 11am when we got there. The floors are slippery, tables sticky, bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in days and the vents are dirty along with walls and lights above tables.

The new OM Cheeseburger is nothing like the commercial not enough cheese sauce what little you have is stuck to the plate and not usable. If you ask for a little more they charge you 2 dollars for a small cup that is not even full. Not a fan. The taste is good just not as advertised. Dissatisfied.

Our waiter was amazing. Poor guy looked like he was running around the whole restaurant tho. The food was so bland and flavorless and I didn’t think someone could mess up Mac and cheese but it tasted like nothing but wet soggy noodles. I don’t think I’ll ever be back

Yazmin was our server and was absolutely amazing. Very quick with drinks and appetizers. Friendly and kind. Hard worker. You are blessed to have her as an employee. Very respectful.

The food was ok. The chips had a weird taste to them. Men’s restroom floors were very slippery. Employees were great and very helpful. The booth table was too small for us. Some good Happy hour deals.

Every time I come here my food has an issue. Today was no different. Got my food and there was a hair on my plate. Waitress was nice and removed it from my bill but I can’t do food from a place that serves me hair. It gags me so I didnt have her remake it. I went home hungry. The manager didn’t even bother to stop by my table and apologize.

I really think this place needs a good update or employees that take pride in their employment there. The second we walked in we noticed the place wasn’t that busy, but it was also 4pm on a Monday. The hostess was on his phone which then followed up with him greeting us and sitting us at the smallest booth known to man. Our server was great, and attentive and stayed that way through our entire dining experience there. No complaints there! We ordered our food and our appetizer came out quickly and was hot and tasted great. My chicken wrap was just okay, tasted a little off but I was able to get past it. After we finished our meal, I went to use the restroom. I walked past multiple employees just standing around not doing anything (which fine, it’s not busy I get it) but as I’m walking to the bathroom past the tables by the bar area, there were napkins all over the floor just laying there not being picked up by the employees who are just standing around, same with straw wrappers. I know they’ve seen them, because I instantly did! I get to the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled awful, the floors, doors, sink , everything was gross! I washed my hands, and to no surprise, no employee still picked up all that garbage on the floor and what do you know they’re still standing around. I get back to my table, and just look around the place and notice the hostess is still on the his phone..We then just pay our check and leave. Not even a few hours later I was so violently ill from the food I ate there that being that sick alone will not send me back there. I’m not writing the review to be solely negative, mainly to just bring awareness to hopefully the management staff about their employees taking pride in their work environment. Hopefully corporate can do some major renovations to this restaurant, because it sure needs it, and I hope the employees can keep it that way. Please look further in to the food prep as food poisoning is serious and I know that your food there 100% made me ill. I hope no one else got as sick as I did.

POOR SERVICE!!.. I HAVE SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES {allergic to tomatoes} & ORDER FOOD WHICH DO NOT CONTAIN TOMATOES.. ORDERED STEAK QUESADILLAS, TOMATOES WERE ON IT.. ORDERED A CESAR SALAD OR CAME WITH TOMATOES.. I WAS UPSET BUT STILL ORDERED MY DINNER WHICH WAS A WEEK DONE STEAK IN WHICH TWO TIMES DID THEY HAVE TO DO THAT ORDER & IT WAS STILL NOT DONE!!.. PLUS MY GUESTS FOODS WERE COLD!!.. VERY SCARY & POOR SERVICE.. BUT I DID APPRECIATE THE WAITRESS FOR TRYING, THE MANAGER DID COME TO ADJUST THE BILL WHICH WAS APPRECIATED AS WELL.. THE EXPERIENCE OF ALMOST BEING KILLED BY FOOD ALLERGIES ON THEIR BEHALF SEVERAL TIMES WAS ONE NEVER TO FORGET!!.. MY DRINKS WERE THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GREAT AFTER BEING THERE FOR 4 HOURS WAITING TO EAT, IN WHICH @ THAT POINT WAS MUCH NEEDED ♀️
