My son chocked on plastic in his Alfredo. Which they did not make me feel as if they were apologetic. Offered to compensate for items per situation which they didn’t. No problem with me but don’t offer & them my receipt doesn’t reflect said offer! Steak was unbelievably tough & dry to have extra Parmesan cheese sauce. Just overall unpleasant experience I wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend this location to anyone!

Came in by myself and there were small groups of people waiting by the door. In fact the door area was congested. No greeting staff in sight. Someone said they were waiting already over 15 minutes. Mind you there was plenty of seating everywhere. Maybe 1/3 of the capacity is full, max. Someone dropped the ball. Many balls. I watched multiple people enter, wait around a minute, and turn around and leave. Anyway, I too chose another establishment which greeted and seated me right away.

Let’s just say the guy working at the door Cameron treated each guest differently. We didn’t get a hello or anything he greeted us and said what can I do for you. Clearly we are here to dine in.
As I observed him I see when white people came in he greeted them saying hello with respect and dignity. But when melanin people came in it was no respect or hello.
We are not living in the early 1900s have some respect and be more professional if you don’t like your job quit.

We went on Veterans day with free meal to Veterans. My husband is a veteran and our waitress was Danielle. She was very attentive and accommodating. Food was good service was great. My only complaint, it was a little dark at our table. But other than that, very satisfied.

food was good tasty & slow. We noticed the girl waiting on us at the bar was also waiting on tables and hostessing seating people. There were other Appleby workers that were just sitting around. The mats coming in at doors could have used a good vacuuming. This is why the atmosphere got a lower score.

I ordered the cheeseburger with bacon, fries and lemonade. The bacon wasn’t good to me. I am no sure what kind it was but after 2 bites I removed the bacon. The bottom bun was hard around the edges. My fries were salty. I didn’t finish my meal. 4/10 my sisters boneless wings were under cooked but they replaced them. This just wasn’t a good day for them. The nachos were great though

3/23 waitress was lovely . Food came out at a decent time. Only complaint is my wonton tacos , they were cold and they looked and tasted like an old order. And they were cold. Made me feel like they either gave me a order that was sent back or it set out way to long. So I was extremely disappointed in that. That was the whole reason why I went there. I love Applebee’s so this was a hard one to swallow.
First, the waitress zoie was a sweetheart. Checked on us often. Knew the menu. Took heavy notes….
The queso was nearly water.
My drink took a long time to come out…when it did, it didn’t have it gummies and the waitress got blamed by him. Said she’s messing him up all night.
Our plates come out. Mine had no brocolli…. and his… well his four cheese is displayed. Where’s any cheese. He said it taste like noodles.
I don’t know. I didn’t like how management jumped right to blaming her instead of just getting my gummy sharks.
