My order was done online for the blacken shrimp and sausage with Penne pasta.
When I arrived was calling to let them know was there. They came out before I could finish the call.
The food was packed well so no leaking or spills. Still hot when got home. I loved the taste of the pasta and good portion where I took half to work for lunch.
I had a bad experience with Applebee’s and it’s been over two decades since dining here. Only because a coworker had another pasta dish is why I decided to try.

Our waitress brought water to the table that had an awful taste. We ordered drinks shortly after being seated, but our waitress then disappeared for over 30 minutes. We later learned she had been in the restroom the entire time. We waited with no communication, no updates, and no service. Another waitress eventually noticed we had been sitting unattended and kindly stepped in to help. She retrieved the drinks we had ordered more than 30 minutes prior and had to physically search for our assigned waitress for nearly 20 minutes before bringing her back to the floor.
When my food finally arrived, the rice was so hard it was completely inedible. It could not be chewed and had clearly not been prepared properly. I had no choice but to send it back.
The lack of professionalism, poor service, and substandard food made this an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I absolutely would have chosen to dine elsewhere.

I definitely reccomend the $6 spooky drink deal, the flavors were very good.
The place was clean, a little slow but hopefully that meant fresh❣️

Had a horrible experience tonight my man and I always go to the bar and order our food and it’s always on point. But tonight was different I ordered salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Everything was dry. My man had chicken and it was burnt. Asked the waiter 3 times for silverware she looked over us and started catering to her regular customers asking them how are they doing and we just looking at each other waiting for her to ask us is there anything that we need. She told her coworker to bring the silverware too us and they didnt. Finally she sarcastically reached under the bar and gave us about five silverwares and by then the food was getting cold I was so angry because when we first walked too sit down there was plates and glasses everywhere that was the first red flag that something was going to happen. I am definitely not going back the worst experience ever.

Our waiter, Ghotti, if I recall correctly, was “pleasant”, but NOT knowledgeable, although in the date of our visit (11/11) had been there two months. Drinks ordered and I had a question. The response “Oh, it’s right there at the bottom. You can read it down there!” REALLY? THEN brought us the wrong drinks…I mean TOTALLY, AND tried to convince us that they were, but I know of no science experiments that will turn something RED; GREEN! Had not another server/ manager corrected it…
If you don’t know, just say that. The food was great! Well, mine was. The others were not cooked to order; they just chose not to send it back.

I was there 12~21~25 around lunch time there was hardly anybody in there there was one table that was complaining about their food to the waitress or the server. There was the rest of the 45 tables had people sitting there that had not been waited on yet there was a guy standing at the bar just staring at a computer. Me and my son stood at the door. Waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes. Never saw anybody except the one waitress that was taken care of the people that were complaining, and the other guy that was standing at a computer and not doing a thing are the only two employees we ever saw neither came and asked to help or to try to see us. We finally walked out after about 20 minutes of just standing there.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a to-go order for my family after a long day of traveling. We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after the food was estimated to be ready. Waited for someone to come in from their smoke break to acknowledge us. They said it wasn’t ready.
We waited 20 minutes more before we got our order. I literally had to make a list of all the things they forgot, including my French onion soup. When I went back in to get the missing items, I was referred to the manager. I could hear the manager in the kitchen asking for the items in a hurry and could overhear one of the employees say “why did she order so much food so late anyways?” before he shuffled into the back at a snail’s pace. Finally got my food and went back to the hotel only to find the food literally thrown into boxes. By the time we actually got to eat, anything that was ready at the projected time was cold.
Nobody but the manager and bartender did any work in the 40 minutes we stood there waiting. Dirty dishes on multiple tables, trash on the ground, and I saw more employees go outside to smoke than I saw tend ti customers. There were only a few tables in the restaurant and it still took an hour from when I placed the order to when we got our food.

They left out a complete meal,the salads had mold on the lettuce had to throw it out.The chix ques did not have the Pico or the salsa or the ranch,I ordered and paid for extra sauce which was not there and it was burnt all it had was the chicken no cheese.Tried calling no answer the bag was leaking
