There was hardly in wait time for a table. Our waitress was kind and ready to wait on us. The food was good. I ordered the BBQ Baby Back Ribs. The only problem I had was the ribs was smothered in the BBQ sauce and I could barely taste the meat. It could’ve been my fault since I didn’t tell the waitress to make my ribs with less BBQ sauce.

Stopped in with family to try out the new menu. Service was fast and friendly. I loved the spinach artichoke dip with chips an salsa it was addicting also ordered Hot Honey Glazed Chicken with crispy waffle fries and oh my were those waffle fries good Chicken was good as well I just love a good waffle fry and appreciate when I find some family members ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken with Shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes with they said was delicious as well.

We love to eat lunch at Applebee’s in Nicholasville! Especially with the Monday thru Friday Lunch Specials! The Soup and Club Sandwich Combo are the favorite for me and my wife! And with the way things are “these days” you can’t beat the price!
CRYSTAL (Our Favorite Server) ALWAYS gives us great service and sees to anything we may need. She even knows what we want (our “Favorite Combos”) as soon as she sees us walk in!! She also sees to any “special requests” we have with our choices! Everything is always very tasty!
We have been So Happy to have discovered Applebee’s in Nicholasville as a Great Place to have Lunch (at least once a week now!) – And also to have such a Kind and Friendly
Server: CRYSTAL!! – to take care of us and Brighten Our Day!! We only wish we would have Discovered Them Both Sooner!!

The dining area is in desperate need of an update. The carpet is beyond repair and a fresh coat of paint would help for sure. Other than that, it was clean and inviting. The 2 for $25 was a good deal. Although the add ons can be expensive. The mozzarella sticks were served hot and had good flavor. The bacon cheeseburger and chicken tenders were also enjoyable. Our service was fast and efficient.

Stopped in for lunch. As for Applebees goes, this is one of the nicest ones around the area. Service was top notch. Fries were awesome! Wings, I absolute loved the original sauce, I always have thought it’s the best. Wings didn’t seem very fresh, if the were really fresh I would have gave this a solid 5 across the board. Fries were definitely fresh. Ladies that served me were so polite and friendly. Will be back

Stopped by today at 11:45 with my family to eat but didn’t get to eat. We stood in the doorway for a good 5 minutes and nobody came to seat us. Not one employee was visible but we could hear them in the back laughing and chatting about something. Nobody ever came out so we left.

Called in a to-go order at 4:23. Was told it would be 15 – 29 min. 55 minutes later I walked in to cancel the order because I was done waiting. After waiting several minutes for someone that worked there to appear a server walked out with my food. There was only 1 table of 4 people and 2 guys sitting at the bar so they clearly weren’t busy. Got home and my medium rare steak was freaking dry and well well done. We have had poor service here before but was hoping a simple 2 steak dinner to go wouldn’t be that bad. WRONG. We will never visit this location again. Poor service food quality is horrible. Clearly management is non-existent or doesn’t care.

To start off, I’d like to say the service here was phenomenal. Our waiter was very prompt and made sure we were well taken care of.
The part I felt sad about was the food and price. We came to Applebee’s for the half price apps, but I made the mistake of not knowing half price apps start at 10pm on Friday/Saturday rather than the 9pm I’m used to.
I asked the waiter if they could check if it’d be possible to give us the half price deal, they just said no. There were literally 5 other people in the Applebee’s at this point. I felt like the waiter could’ve asked the manager, which would have made me feel heard a bit more.
My table still ended up ordering appetizers instead of a meal. I usually spend $30-ish at Applebee’s when doing half price apps. I spent $90 after tip and tax when I came. I got a sampler, two boneless wings, two wonton tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. So a good bit of food.
Then for the food, the wonton tacos felt empty compared to what I’m used to. I wanted to ask for a replacement, but I didn’t. I just felt defeated after asking for special treatment already and being denied.
If you end up coming to this Applebee’s, make sure to call to check the deals you’re coming for are going on, so you don’t have an experience like me.
