The tagline used to be, “Your favorite Neighborhood Place”, well it wasn’t my neighborhood and the locals stared at me enough to make sure I knew that. The food was ok, service wasn’t the best and I drove specifically to this location as this chain is closing stores, it was the closer to me. I won’t go to this location again, perhaps you’ll have better luck.

Stopped in for lunch 5-10-2023…first, the salad was limp and shriveled up and the toppings tasted rotten…then, the salmon was waaaaay overcooked and when I said something to the server that he may want to tell the cook that he is overcooking the salmon, his response is that they don’t serve it raw…yeah, no kidding… salmon should be moist and never crunchy…I could barely chew it…I had to literally pick it up and break it to eat it…they don’t give you a knife and sticking the straw in with the fork is not working…terrible food and terrible service…it definitely was the worse thing I could’ve spent 50.00 on…disgusting and I won’t be back!

We stopped for lunch and was seated right away. However, we waited for quite a long time to be greeted. A waitress noticed we were waiting and greeted us even though it was not her section. She informed management of our situation and served our table. We received Great Caring service from Samantha M. My meal was a steak with potatoes and green beans. The steak was good, the bean decent, but too much potatoes. My husband got the new Mac n Cheese with the honey pepper chicken and that was awful. It was soupy from the honey pepper sauce and there wasn’t nothing that made the pasta like Mac n cheese. Very strange. But then when we mentioned it to our server, she responded by saying “oh. Would you like another plate so you can separate the pasta from the sauce?” Uh… what? We said no thank you. Then another person- a manager may e? Came out and said that the plate was made wrong and would we like it replaced. The meal was over half over so we decline and she comped the bill. This whole experience just further emphasizes why we don’t go to Applebee’s often. The food is ok at best and the service is often mediocre. Just not worth spending the money.

I ordered a hamburger and fried and I told them I wanted the hamburger well done and when I got my hamburger it wasn’t all the way done…my husband told the waitress and she took my plate and said she would tell the cook to fix me another one and so they did but I didn’t eat it….I took it home with me and put it in the fridge and my husband ate it the next day and he said that that one wasn’t done either so if I go back to Applebee’s I’m not going to order a hamburger

If I could give a zero, I would. On April 18th bought a family to go meal. Arrived car side, took meal out of to check and nasty juices that shouldn’t have been there in the first place, poured out all over me and my car. It literally took 3 trips in to get enough napkins to clean the mess it made everywhere. I then look at the food and I wouldn’t have fed it to my dogs. Went in once again, returned both my husband’s and my own food (did keep our son’s cause it looked ok and he said tasted fine), spoke with manager Savannah, and was told the refund who be back in 3-4 days. It’s the 7th of May, that was the 18th of April. Called restaurant back a week later and was told they would check on it. Spoke with same manager. Crickets. Then emailed main guest relations, be back with ya in 3-5 business days they said, it’s been over a week, almost 2. Crickets. I just want my $30+ back. Not rocket science, just lazy people and poor customer service.
