Sadly, I am disgusted. Wish I could’ve known what I was getting myself into. We ordered the 2 for 25$ deal on 2/19/26. I got an 8oz sirloin and a 6oz sirloin. One cooked medium rare and the other medium. I’d like to preface by saying I understand from working in chain restaurants that steaks are usually pulled early in order to arrive at a proper temperature. However, I had to take a picture because of how funny/gross this was. Shown below is one of the steaks (presumably the 6oz med rare steak) it was completely blue rare or maybe even alive. And… I found a tag in our meal (labeled Thursday) was found in the middle of the entree between the steak and mashed potatoes. Steak, couldn’t eat it. Both were very low quality. Mashed potatoes and beans, flavorless. Very dissatisfied with the care, concern, and professionalism. Next time I’ll stick to cooking dinner myself when I think of Applebee’s. Meal was 36$

Got take out, and it was late but there were still two hours until closing so I don’t know why they thought cooking a medium rare steak for 30 seconds and boxing it up was okay, it would’ve been fine if it was rare but the steak was raw and i could barely cut into it and when I did chunks were being pulled out with the knife as well as a puddle of blood . Yall need new cooks asap smh my little brother could cook a steak better and more accurate than whatever the hell I received.

Yall make me very happy everytime love this place. I havent ate AppleBees in years. Im so glad I decided to stop by and try it out again. My daughter is a big fan too now. Food was delicious and cooked perfect. Ill be coming by atleast once a week.

There was 6 of us, and got sat right away. We actually had 2 servers tonight our first one Julian had to leave to get to leave. He took great care is though, and said our new server Hannaha will take great care of us also. She did a great job also. Food came out pretty fast and just like we ordered it. All around good experience!!

The restaurant was very accommodating for our party of 22 people. He was very clean. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu ..although she did mention she was new She was a hostess and now a server. One order was incorrect and she was able to take care of it right away and make everything right. They were not able to put our entire group at one long table we had to sit at a high top and split that with several tables that were put together. Restrooms were clean however could use some modernization and a little bit of repair. An electrical outlet in the restroom was in direct line of sight of the hand washing area if a small child was in there and playing in the water this may not go well. Maybe some child proof plugs should have been placed in the electrical receptacle. The volume of the TV screens were at a normal level where you could carry on a good conversation without having to raise your voice. Menu prices were in line with other coastline Applebee’s. The bill was approximately $22 with tip and drink. The ribs are what I had and were flavorful and not dry. Refills came fast and constant even though we were in a large group. This restaurant does have an active bar.

Many staff members were lounging around, likely anticipating a busier rush due to the 4 pm shift changes.
The restrooms appeared to be well-maintained and clean.
The only drawback is the limited parking available, which makes entering and exiting a bit challengi ng. I was really hungry, so I forgot to snap a photo of my food—sorry about that.

The only reason for a one star review is because I couldn’t give them a -3!
The waitress: couldn’t get the order correct even when she was shown a picture.
The kitchen: the steak was ordered medium and came out well done and burnt on one side, tuff as a 50 year old boot.
The manager: she couldn’t do anything because about it because she didn’t order the meat or cook the steak. Nice attitude! The only people that knew what they were doing was the hostess and the girl busing the table.
Result: Minus three star (-3 star) and sick an hour later!

This is my first time going to Applebee’s after a while. The place was very decorative. Lots of memorabilia on the was. Nice atmosphere. Our waitress was a little of. Not sure if she was having a good day. Our order was taken, she had a good memory or been there for a while. Because she didn’t write down anything. We ordered the appetizer and our meal. They arrived at the same time. So not much waiting after we placed our order. Our main meal was half rack baby back ribs with fries and mash potatoes. Plus an extra order of fries. Both fries came on the same plate, so it was not easy to distinguish if there was extra fries
But we made it work. The ribs were very small, guess why they are called baby back. They were a bit dry, I think that they were prepared prior then reheated, possible why we got our meal so fast. But we were hungry, so we made the best of them. They weren’t the greatest buy we ate it all. We had passionfruiit lemonade, most likely passionfruit flavoring, it was not passionately. But it washed down the meal. Overall, it was a pleasant time at Applebee’s. It took a while to receive our bill, there was only two waitstaff on duty, so they were busy. If I’m passing trough and I’m really hungry, may stop in. Most likely, I will try another location to gain a different experience. It was around lunchtime, so it was not so crowded. Check it out, you may like it there.
